في هذه الأونة الاخيرة كما نعلم جميع الدول حول العالم فرضت قيود على اي شخص أجنبي يرغب في السفر على اراضيها سواء كان الشخص مسافر برحلة مباشرة او ترانزيت .
فبالتالي يجب على الشخص الذس ينوي السفر في هذه الفترة قراءة شروط واجراءات السفر التي تفرضها الدولة المتجه اليها لتفادي اي مفاجئات في المطار .
هنا في هذا المقال سنعرض لكم إجراءات السفر والدخول لجميع المطارات حول العالم مع كافة المعلومات التي يجب عليك توفيرها قبل البدأ في رحلتك .
Exempted Passengers:

-Traveling from the following safe countries:
EU/Schengen area, Albania, Armenia, Australia, Azerbaijan, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Brunei, Canada , China (the EU travel ban applies until China lifts entry restrictions on European travelers) , China’s Special Administrative Region of Hong Kong, China’s Special Administrative Regions of Macau, Israel, Japan, Jordan, Kosovo, Lebanon, Moldova, Montenegro, New Zealand, North Macedonia, Qatar, Rwanda, Saudi Arabia, Serbia, Singapore, South Korea, Taiwan, Thailand, United States, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy (including Sicily), Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, Norway, Portugal (including the Azores and Madeira apart from Area Metropolitana de Lisboa and Area Metropolitana de Lisboa and the Algarve region, Poland, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain (The Balearic Islands and the Canary Islands only), Sweden, Switzerland, Aruba, Bonaire, Curaçao, Saba, St Eustatius, St Maarten.
-Passengers travelling from Safe Country (Jordan) to Amsterdam:
1. No EU travel ban (All passengers out of Jordan may travel to Amsterdam).
2. No negative PCR test result required 3.
No self-quarantine required when passenger arrive Amsterdam
– Passengers who have been fully vaccinated are exempted from EU entry ban, unless they are travelling from a country that has been designated as a very high-risk country.
– Passengers who have been fully vaccinated with a COVID-19 vaccine (Including passengers out of Jordan), must meet the following requirements:
1. Proof of vaccination is accepted only if it has been issued following vaccination with a vaccine that has been approved by the European Medicines Agency (EMA) or is on the Emergency Use Listing of the World Health Organization (WHO).
2. Has been issued based on full vaccination. That means that:
– The vaccination schedule consists of a single dose and this single dose has been administered (Janssen); or
– The vaccination schedule consists of two doses and: – Both doses have been administered, or
– One dose has been administered and it has been confirmed that the person vaccinated had previously been infected with the virus SARS-CoV-2.
3. Has been issued in one of the following languages: Dutch, English, French, German, Italian, Portuguese, Spanish, and includes the following: – Information identifying the person who has been vaccinated.
– Information demonstrating that the person in question has been fully vaccinated against the virus SARS-CoV-2.
– The name of the vaccine and the name of the manufacturer or marketing authorization holder of each dose of the vaccine administered.
– The date on which each dose of the vaccine was administered.
– The name of the country in which the vaccine was administered.
– The name of the issuer of the proof of vaccination.
– A signature or stamp of authenticity placed by the issuer.
4. Proof of vaccination will not be valid until 14 days after full vaccination. Proof of vaccination issued before 10 July will remain valid.
5. Approved vaccines: The following vaccines have been approved by the EMA/WHO:
– Pfizer/BioNTech (Comirnaty)
– AstraZeneca EU (Vaxzevria)
– Johnson & Johnson (COVID-19 Vaccine Janssen)
– Moderna (Spikevax)
– AstraZeneca-SK Bio (Vaxzevria)

PCR test before travelling:
Required, either by providing one test or two tests as per below details:
1. Provide a proof that passenger have tested negative for COVID-19, by presenting a negative NAAT (PCR) test result based on a sample collected no more than 24 hours before boarding; Or
– All passengers travelling from High-Risk area (Jordan) should hold:
1. A valid negative NAAT-TEST (EITHER MPOCT, NAAT, PCR, RT PCR, LAMP OR TMA), No older than 72 Hours before arrival into Netherlands, or
2. A Rapid Antigen test 48 Hours before expected arrival into Netherlands will serve as an alternative to the Negative NAAT-test
Requirements for Negative PCR test:
1. The negative test result must be in English, German, French, Italian, Portuguese, Spanish or Dutch.
2. Given name and surname as stated in passenger passport
3. All Passengers should fill Health declaration
Requirements for Negative Rapid Test Result:
1. The negative test result must be in English, German, French, Italian, Portuguese, Spanish or Dutch
2. Test result: the test result must be negative (or ‘not detected’) for SARS-CoV-2
3. Given name and surname as stated in passenger passport
– The following are exempted from PCR test:
1. Children younger than 13
2. People arriving from countries on the EU
3. Cross-border commuters, students and school children
4. Holders of a diplomatic identity card issued by the Dutch Ministry of Foreign Affairs
5. Holders of non-Dutch diplomatic passports
6. Holders of Dutch diplomatic passports, if they are travelling in the exercise of their work or whose physical presence is required for work
7. Heads of state and members of foreign governments
8. Air passengers whose flight does not have the Netherlands as its final destination, but which must divert to the Netherlands due to unforeseen circumstances
9. Travelers in possession of a NATO travel order or a NATO-2 visa.
10. All air passengers must present a health declaration

Restricted Passengers:
– All third country nationals are prohibited to enter the country:
– Travel from places in mainland to the islands by air or sea is permitted under the same conditions under SECTION “PCR Test or Vaccination” below.
Exempted Passengers:
1. EU member states nationals and Schengen Agreement, including spouses / cohabitation agreement partners and minor children.
2. Permanent residents with proof of residing in – holding a passport from these countries is not sufficient – the countries of Albania, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Australia, Bahrein, Belarus, Bosnia & Herzegovina, Brunei, Canada, China, Israel, Japan, Jordan, Kuwait, Lebanon, Kosovo, Moldova, Monaco, Montenegro, New Zealand, North Macedonia, Qatar, San Marino, Saudi Arabia, Serbia, Singapore, South Korea, Thailand, the Russian Federation, the United Arab Emirates, the United Kingdom, the United States of America, Ukraine and the Vatican are exempted from the 3rd country nationals’ entry prohibition.
3. Travelers from the exemption list should meet the standard entry requirements for entry in Schengen Area, deriving from the country of the passport, e.g. visa, residence permit, etc. For all others, only visas issued recently for essential travel or other exemptions mentioned under “Exempted Passengers”.
4. Medical and nursing staff, researchers and health professionals, if they demonstrate at the points of entry in the country, the profession exercise license or other appropriate evidence of their professional status and provided that their entry into the country relates to the exercise of their professional duties.
5. Long-term residents of EU member states or Schengen Agreement and third-country nationals holding a residence permit in EU member state or Schengen Agreement.
6. Members of Government delegations,
7. Members of Diplomatic delegations or Consulate authorities and delegations, members of International and European Organizations, members of humanitarian organizations performing their duties, military and security forces’ officials and of General Secretariat for Civil Protection.
8. Personnel employed in the transport sector, including seamen, aircraft crews, the crews and technical personnel of leased aircraft firefighting equipment, lorry drivers and the absolutely necessary support staff for the transport of goods,
9. Passengers in transit
10. Students.
11. Persons caring for the elderly and people with disability.
12. Seasonal workers in the field of agriculture.
The above exempted persons are obliged to display the appropriate documents supporting the exemption from the restriction.
PCR test or Vaccination before travelling:
1. All passengers from the of age 12 and above, regardless of nationality, must meet ONE of the following conditions:
– To have completed the vaccination for Coronavirus COVID-19 at least 14 days before scheduled arrival and to present a vaccination certificate, In either English, French German, Spanish, Italian or Russian, issued by a Public Authority, in accordance with the relevant legislation. The certificate includes:
The Full Name of the passenger as registered in the passport,
The name of the vaccine,
The type of the vaccine given.
The number of doses
Inoculation dates
2. Display a negative Molecular Test (PCR) performed by taking an oropharyngeal or nasopharyngeal smear, up or 72 hours before arrival in Greece or a 48 hours diagnostic rapid antigen test for COVID (rapid test).
– The tests must originate from reference laboratories of the country of origin or transit, public or private laboratories of that country, provided that these private laboratories have been certified by the National Certification Authority of the country.
– The certificate with the above diagnosis may be in English, French, German, Spanish, Italian or Russian
– includes the name of the passenger as printed in the passport.
3. Present proof of recovery from COVID-19, supported by a Molecular Test (PCR) or an Antigen Test (Rapid Test) for COVID-19. The Certificate of Recovery is issued 30 days after the first positive diagnosis and is valid up to 180 days there on. The first positive diagnosis must be from laboratories certified by the competent national authorities. The certificate is issued in accordance to relevant legislation, in English, French, German, Spanish, Italian or Russian and includes the name of the passenger as registered in the passport.
4. – Present their EU Digital COVID Certificate, which either contains:
– Proof of vaccination against COVID-19, negative
– 72-hrs. PCR test or 48-hrs. antigen rapid test or
– Proof of recovery from COVID-19, issued according to EU requirements, in paper or digital form.
5. – Permanent residents of Russian Federation entrance in Greece is permitted under the condition that:
1. they display a test as per item 1.2 above and
2. they are diagnosed negative to a mandatory Molecular Test (PCR) or a Rapid Antigen Test for COVID19 (Rapid Test) upon arrival. The passengers will remain at the arrival gate awaiting the result of the test.
Health Insurance before travelling: No special insurance required

All passengers regardless of nationality or mode of transport entering Greece must complete electronic Passenger Locator Form through the link https://travel.gov.gr, before their departure:
1. Prior to acceptance of passengers for boarding, airlines are required to check the response mail with PLF (Passenger Locator Form) QR code, which is a compulsory travel document. The QR code will be received shortly after submitting the e-PLF. It can also be retrieved using the link in the confirmation email received after the initial submission of the form.
2. Families may complete one PLF containing all names and one QR code.
3. Airport and date of entry on the e-PLF should read the first port and actual date of entry in the country.
4. Airlines that fail to comply with this checking obligation, will be responsible to repatriate the passenger on the company’s expenses.

Restricted Passengers:
– All types of visa
– All passengers who were in South Africa or Nigeria 14 days before the flight are not allowed to enter the UAE through transit flights unless they are UAE citizens or have an approval to enter the country.
– Arrival passengers from India, Bangladesh, Pakistan, Nepal and Sri Lanka through other countries (Transit) are not allowed to enter UAE, unless they were staying 14 days in the other countries.
Exempted Passengers:
-Citizens.
– Residents after updating their data on uaeentry.ica.gov.ae
– Passengers who’s eligible for Visa upon arrival Abu Dhabi Airport.
– International Tourists are allowed to enter the UAE
– Tourist Visa holders can enter Abu Dhabi if Visa issued from Abu Dhabi.
– All passengers holding UAE residence shall grant green approval before travelling. Check-in staff shall check before acceptance on https://smartservices.ica.gov.ae/echannels/web/client/guest/index.html#/residents-entry-confirmation
Effective 05th of August 2021, below the additional categories have been added to the exemptions who are allowed to enter the UAE:
– First decision: The additional exempted categories who are allowed to enter the UAE:
Countries affected: India, Pakistan, Sri Lanka, Nepal, Nigeria, Uganda
The categories:
1. Passengers with valid residence visas, who got all the vaccination doses in UAE and completed 14 days after the second dose, had the vaccination certificate issued by UAE governmental health authorities (including the certificate in Al Hosn App.).
2. (Vaccinated and non-vaccinated) Medical staff working in UAE including the doctors, nurses, and technicians.
3. (Vaccinated and non-vaccinated) Education sector staff, including teachers of universities, colleges, schools, and institutes.
4. (Vaccinated and non-vaccinated) Students currently studying in UAE.
5. (Vaccinated and non-vaccinated) Humanitarian cases who have valid visas (for family’s reunion).
6. (Vaccinated and non-vaccinated) governmental staff of federal and local entities.
7. (Vaccinated and non-vaccinated) medical treatment cases in UAE.
– Procedures applied for the exempted categories:
1. PCR results will only be accepted from the authorized labs that generate a QR code and taken within 48 hours prior arrival.
2. Rapid laboratory test before boarding in the origin airport.
3. PCR test upon arrival.
4. Quarantine for 10 days for all arrivals and PCR on day 4, and day 8.
5. Wear the tracking medical wristband
6. Medical follow-up for the arrivals from these countries.
7. Regular follow-up for the medical reports of the passengers arriving from these countries.
Execution procedures:
1. Passenger should apply to get the approval from uaeentry.ica.gov.ae
2. Vaccination certificate should be upload in uaeentry.ica.gov.ae for the Passengers with valid residence visas, who got all the vaccination doses in UAE and completed 14 days after the second dose.
3. Airlines are responsible to check all the above requirements and approvals before the boarding, and it will bear the consequences in case of carrying passenger doesn’t meet the requirements.
– Countries affected: India, Pakistan, Sri Lanka, Nepal, Nigeria, Uganda, South Africa, Vietnam, Zambia, Congo, Bangladesh, Liberia, Sierra Leone, Namibia
– Second decision: Transit passengers are allowed to fly through UAE airports
Procedures applied for the transit passengers:
1. Confirm that the final destination is accepting the passenger.
2. PCR results will only be accepted from the authorized labs that generate a QR code and taken within 72 hours prior arrival.
3. Follow the precautionary and preventive measures.
4. Airlines are responsible to check all the above requirements and approvals before the boarding, and it will bear the consequences in case of carrying passenger doesn’t meet the requirements.
PCR test before travelling:
– Required, maximum 72 hours from the time of test from any laboratory accredited by the state of departure, or from any labs that incorporate with pure health in UAE mentioned on website(https://screening.purehealth.ae/application), Passengers must have a printed hard copy of the test result (No Handwritten Reports).
– Children under 12 and passengers with moderate to severe disabilities are exempt from PCR test.
– Green list Countries:
– ‘Green List’ applies to countries/regions/territories of origin, not citizenship. Therefore, citizens from ‘Green List’ countries travelling from destinations that are not on the list will be required to undertake the 7-day quarantine period (vaccinated travelers) or 12-day quarantine period (unvaccinated travelers).
– Following the updated list of countries/territories/regions on the ‘Green List’: Albania, Armenia, Australia, Austria, Bahrain, Belgium, Brunei, Bulgaria, Canada, China, Czech Republic, Germany, Hong Kong (SAR), Hungary, Israel, Italy, Maldives, Mauritius, Moldova, New Zealand, Poland, Romania, Saudi Arabia, Serbia, Seychelles, Singapore, South Korea, Switzerland, Taiwan, Province of China, Ukraine, United States of America
– Vaccinated travelers arriving from Green List countries need to present a negative PCR test valid within 48 hours, followed by a PCR test on day six.
– Unvaccinated travelers from Green List countries required to present a negative PCR valid within 48 hours of arrival, followed by PCR tests on days six and twelve.
– Individuals arriving from “Green List” destinations should be asked to fill out the disclaimer form, which includes:
• A valid phone number and address in Abu Dhabi for authorities to be able to contact them
• A signed declaration by the passenger that they will take the PCR tests on the required days during their stay in Abu Dhabi.
Other Countries (Red) (Jordan): –
– Vaccinated travelers arriving from all other destinations required to present a negative PCR test valid within 72 hours, in addition to a 7-day quarantine from the date of arrival, followed by a PCR test on day 6.
– Unvaccinated travelers arriving from all other destinations will also be required to present a negative PCR test valid within 72 hours, in addition to a 12-day quarantine from the date of arrival, followed by a PCR test on day 11.
– All passengers from U.K are subjected to have negative PCR result until further notice, the test should be done 72 hours prior to flight date

Restricted Passengers:
– Third country nationals arriving from out of Schengen Area
– Passengers travelling from Brazil, South Africa, India are not allowed entry into Spain unless they spent 14 days outside these countries before travelling to Spain, except (Spanish or Andorran nationals, residents in Spain or Andorra, International transit to a non-Schengen country with a stopover less than 24 hours without leaving the transit area
Exempted Passengers:
1. Residents of the European Union, Schengen Associated States, Andorra, Monaco, The Vatican (Holy See) or San Marino.
2. Holders of a long-term visa issued by a Member State or Schengen Associated State.
3. Cross-border workers. Health professionals, including health researchers, and elderly care professionals who go to or return from exercising their work activity.
4. Personnel dedicated to the transport of goods in the exercise of their work activity, including the crew of the ships, in order to ensure the provision of maritime transport services and fishing activity, and flight personnel necessary to carry out air transport activities. It will be an indispensable condition that they ensure the immediate continuation of the trip.
5. Diplomatic, consular, international, military and civil protection organizations and members of humanitarian organizations, in the exercise of their functions.
6. Students who study in the Member States or Schengen Associated States and who have the corresponding permit or visa.
7. Highly qualified workers whose work is necessary and cannot be postponed or carried out remotely. These circumstances must be justified documentary.
8. Legal residents in Albania, Armenia, Australia, Azerbaijan, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Brunei, Canada, China, Israel, Japan, Jordan, Kosovo, Lebanon, Montenegro, New Zealand, Qatar, Republic of Moldova, Republic of North Macedonia, Rwanda, Saudi Arabia, Serbia, Singapore, South Korea, Switzerland, Taiwan, Thailand, USA, Special Administrative Regions of the People’s Republic of China (SAR of Hong Kong, SAR of Macao).
9.Passengers traveling for family reasons duly accredited imperatives. People who document documentary reasons of force majeure or situation of need, or whose entry is allowed for humanitarian reasons.
10.Passengers including those who are travelling for tourism purposes holding vaccination certificate issued by the competent authorities of the country of origin from 14 days after the date of administration of the last dose necessary to complete the vaccination cycle as following:
– The accepted vaccines will be those authorized by the European Medicines Agency or those that have completed the emergency use process of the World Health Organization.
– Currently these vaccines are those produced by Pfizer-Biontech, Moderna, Astra-Zeneca, Jansen / Johnson & Johnson, Sinovac and Sinopharm
– The vaccination certificate must include at least the following information:
1. Name and surname of the holder,
2. Date of vaccination, indicating the date of the last dose administered
3. Type of vaccine administered
4. Number of doses administered / complete regimen
5. Issuing country
6. Identification of the issuing body of the vaccination certificate
– Vaccinated passengers are exempted from conducting PCR test before traveling
PCR test before travelling:
– Required, PCR test or Antigen test 48 Hours before arrival (The TMA & Lamp tests are considered valid in addition to PCR) or a proof of infection of COVID-19 before 6 months of arriving Spain
-Children under 12 are exempt from PCR test.

Passengers must complete a “Health Control Form” or (FCS) “Formulario de Control Sanitario”, within the 48 hours prior to their flight, via the website https://www.spth.gob.es, or by downloading the mobile app Spain Travel Health-SpTH available from the same website. Once the process has been completed, the passenger will obtain a QR code which will be necessary to access the arrivals terminal and the baggage reclaim area.
Restricted Passengers:
Third-country nationals arriving from out of Schengen area and UK except Passengers who have resided and last stayed in the following countries and regions: Albania, Armenia, Australia, Azerbaijan, Bosnia Herzegovina, Brunei, Canada, Hong Kong, Israel, Japan, Jordan, Kosovo, Lebanon, Macao, Moldova, Montenegro, New Zealand, North Macedonia, Qatar, Serbia, Singapore, South Korea, Taiwan, Thailand, USA
Exempted Passengers:
– Unrestricted entry for residents of the following countries (Albania , Australia, Hong Kong, Israel, Japan, Lebanon, Macao, New Zealand, North Macedonia, Serbia, Singapore, South Korea, Taiwan, Thailand, USA).
– This list of countries is to be regularly updated. The question of whether travel to Germany is permitted depends on where the person travelling has previously been staying, not on their nationality.
– EU citizens and nationals of Liechtenstein, Switzerland, Norway and Iceland and the members of their immediate family (spouse, unmarried minor children, parents of minors) are exempted from the travel restrictions.
– Third-country nationals with a valid residence permit for Germany.
– Family members of third-country nationals travelling to Germany for the purposes of family reunification or for visits for urgent family reasons.
– Healthcare professionals, health researchers and elderly care professionals.
– Foreign experts and highly qualified personnel whose work is necessary from an economic point of view and which cannot be postponed or carried out abroad.
– Transport personnel engaged in haulage of goods and other transport staff
– Seasonal workers in agriculture
– Sailors
– Foreign students whose studies cannot be continued entirely from outside Germany
– Persons in need of international protection or seeking protection for other humanitarian reasons
– Diplomats, staff of international organizations, military personnel and humanitarian aid workers in the exercise of their functions
– Late repatriates
– Passengers in Transit
Starting of 25th of June 2021, fully vaccinated passengers are allowed entry from third countries (Jordan) as following:
– Passenger must have received the last vaccination dose that is necessary for full vaccination (in the case of a person who has recovered from coronavirus only one dose is necessary) at least 14 days before the date of travel
– The vaccines approved Pfizer, AstraZeneca, Moderna, Johnson & Johnson
– Passengers who have been vaccinated in accordance with these requirements may enter Germany for any travel purpose and from countries that are not on the safe list. This does not apply to entry from countries for which a condition of reciprocity applies (currently: China) or from countries categorized as areas of virus variants of concern.
– Restrictions on entry or transport from areas of virus variants of concern also apply to fully vaccinated people (see “What restrictions apply to entry and travel from areas of virus variants of concern?”).
– The EU Digital COVID Certificate or comparable proof of vaccination in German, English, French, Italian or Spanish must be presented upon entry. This certificate must include the following information:
1. The personal data of the vaccinated person (at least first and last name and date of birth)
2. The date/s of vaccination and number of vaccination doses
3. The name of the vaccine
4. The name of the disease against which the person was vaccinated
5. The name and address of the person or institution responsible for vaccinating the person
6. Confirmation in written or electronic form with the qualified electronic signature or qualified electronic seal of the person who carried out the vaccination; if for administrative reasons this is not possible, a suitable format such as a stamp or state symbols should be used to clearly identify the responsible person or institution.
PCR test before travelling:
– If passenger have spent time within the 10 days prior to entering the Federal Republic of Germany:
1. In an area of variants of concern, passenger must be in possession of a test certificate (antigen test: maximum 24-hour or PCR test: maximum 72 hours old on entry). If passenger is entering with a carrier, he must present his test certificate to the carrier before departure.
2. In a high-incidence area (Jordan), passenger must be in possession of a test certificate Antigen test: maximum 48 hours or PCR test maximum 72 hours old on entry, proof of recovery from COVID-19 or proof of complete vaccination against the coronavirus and last vaccination given at least 14 days ago with Biontech/Pfizer, AstraZeneca, Moderna or Johnson & Johnson (Sputnik V and Sinopharm are not allowed, than negative PCR or proof of recovery is mandatory). If passenger is entering with a carrier, he must present the relevant certificate to the carrier before departure.
3. In a risk area that is neither a high-incidence area nor an area of variants of concern, passenger must be in possession of a test certificate, proof of recovery from COVID-19 or a vaccination certificate, at the latest 48 hours after entry, and must transmit this via the Federal Republic of Germany’s travel portal under https://www.einreiseanmeldung.de
– Children under 6 years of age are exempt from PCR test.
– Test result, accepted on printed or in an electronic document in German, English or French.
COVID19 testing:
The German Health Authorities differentiate the risk areas in three different categories:
– A list of risk areas, including high-incidence areas and areas of variants of concern, can be found at: https://www.rki.de/risikogebiete
– If passengers are entering the Federal Republic of Germany and have spent time in a risk area within the 10 days prior to entry, are required to proceed directly to their own home, or other suitable accommodation, immediately upon arrival and remain exclusively at this location for a period of 10 days after your entry into the country (quarantine).
– If passengers transmit proof of a complete vaccination against COVID-19, proof of recovery from the disease or a negative test result via the Federal Republic of Germany’s travel portal under https://www.einreiseanmeldung.de, their quarantine ends prematurely.
– If passenger have spent time in a high-incidence area prior to entry, the relevant test may not be conducted earlier than five days after entry.
– If passenger have spent time in an area of variants of concern, quarantine lasts for a period of 14 days and cannot be ended prematurely. He must bear the cost of being quarantined himself. Violations can be punished as an administrative offence with a fine of up to 25,000 euros
– Crews are exempted from the obligation to fill out the DEA and the proof of a negative COVID testing.
– Crews entering from a high incidence area have to fill out the DEA and are not obliged to have a negative COVID test – as long as they have not stayed longer than 72 hours in a high-risk area.
– No exemptions for crews entering from an area with a virus mutation – obligation to fill out the DEA form and a proof a negative COVID test.

If passenger due technical equipment, or because of a technical malfunction, be unable to conduct a digital registration on entry, he will be required to fill out a substitute registration. If neither the carrier, nor the Federal Police ask passenger to present the substitute registration, he must conduct the digital entry registration within 24 hours after entry or submit the substitute registration immediately by post to Deutsche Post E-POST Solutions GmbH, Aussteigekarte, 69990 Mannheim.

3. Passengers not having booking in one of the hotels mentioned above are not allowed to board the plane departing to Lebanon, and the Air carriers shall pay the hotel fees for arriving passengers with no booking.
4. All passengers arriving to Lebanon, except Children under 12 years age and UNIFIL, shall perform a PCR test upon their arrival to BRHIA, and all airlines shall collect 50 USD on every passenger wishing to travel to Lebanon, which is the cost of PCR test or other medical diagnostic measures that every passenger shall undergo upon arrival to BRHIA through Labs. authorized by the Lebanese Ministry of Public Health at the Airport, the Airlines will pay the collected amounts to the designated handling agents at BRHIA on bi-monthly basis i.e., every 15 days, then the handling agents will pay for the laboratories, which performed the tests based on Invoices stamped by the Ministry of Public Health.
5. Upon arrival of the passengers from the countries listed in item 2 above, buses from the above hotels will transport them from the Airport to the hotel, where they shall remain quarantined for 4 days / 3 nights, during which they will be subject to another PCR test in one of the Labs authorized by the Ministry of Public Health, at their own expenses. If the PCR test result was positive, passengers shall follow the instructions of the Ministry of Public Health.
6. Exemptions:
a. Passengers wishing to travel to Lebanon and who have received the second dose of Covid-19 vaccine, or a complete dose of Covid- 1 9 vaccine (which is formed of one dose only), minimum 2 weeks before their departure to Lebanon or passengers who were infected and cured from Covid-19 within 90 days before their departure date after showing an official document confirming that, are exempted from performing a PCR test at the countries of departure, and shall perform a PCR test upon their arrival at BRHIA.
b. Cabin crew arriving to Lebanon for a period no more than 48 hours are exempted from doing PCR test upon arrival at the airport, and they shall remain quarantined in their places of residence, throughout their stay in Lebanon.
c. The following passengers are exempted from hotel quarantine:
1. National and foreign diplomats with their families but they must keep quarantined for 4 days at their places of Residence.
2. Passengers wishing to travel to Lebanon and who have received at least one dose of any Covid-19 vaccine minimum 2 weeks before their departure to Lebanon.
3. Land- transit passengers to Syria through BRHIA.
4. Arriving Minors (under 18 years age) whether unaccompanied or with their parents
5. Passengers who travelled out of Lebanon and will return within one week, that is, who travelled during one day of the week and will return on the same day during the following week, and they will be also exempted from doing PCR test in the countries of departure but shall perform a PCR test at BRHIA upon their arrival to Lebanon.
6. Passengers wishing to travel to Lebanon and who were infected and cured from Covid-19 within 90 days before their departure date, and after showing an official document confirming that, are exempted from hotel quarantine.

– Effective 1st of October 2021, obligating all Iraqi passengers out of Iraq to present the international certificate of vaccination with the COVID-19 vaccine, in addition to the requirements of countries to travel to, with the exception of those who have special cases that prevent them from being vaccinated or injured during the previous three months period (supported by medical reports from the competent committees) and obligating them to bring a negative PCR test to prove that they did not have corona disease when travelling.
Exempted Passengers:
Citizens of the following countries can obtain visa upon arrival (USA, UK, France, Russia, China, Germany, Italy, Belgium, Luxembourg, Netherland, Denmark, Ireland, Tarek Mountain, Greece, Spain, Portugal, Sweden, Austria, Finland, Estonia, Poland, Czech, Slovakia, Slovenia, Cyprus, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, Hungary, Bulgaria, Romania, Croatia, Australia, Canada, South Korea and Japan).
– Following categories are exempted from the prohibition of travel to/from India until further notice:
1. Diplomatic staff, with a negative PCR test within 72 hours from entering Iraq that proves that they are free from COVID19 disease, with mandatory quarantine at their workplace or residence not mixing with others only in second negative PCR the fourteenth (14) of the mandatory quarantine, so that they can perform their work without confusion.
2. Medical teams, provided that they have been vaccinated with two doses of the COVID-19 vaccine, and more than two weeks have passed since the last dose, and that a negative PCR should be brought within 72 hours before entering Iraq, with a second negative PCR test within 24 hours from their entry to Iraq and mandatory quarantine in their place of residence (7) days, and they are not allowed to mix with others except by a third negative PCR test on the seventh day of the mandatory quarantine.

test, issued no more than 72 hours before departure).
-Diplomats and International Organizations Officers Persons On diplomatic or consular Missions or under international
Organizations, or Representatives of foreign Governments or agencies Performing their duties in Thailand, or any other
persons In international agencies, That the Ministry of Foreign Affairs gives permission Pertaining to necessity, including
their spouse, parent or children provided the following required documents (Passport, Valid Thai Visa, Certificate of Entry
(COE) from Thai Embassy, Fit to Fly Health Certificate, Medical certificate with a laboratory result indicating that COVID-19
is not detected, using RT-PCR test, issued no more than 72 hours before departure, ASQ/OQ confirmation on arrival date or
Equivalent documents).
– Family of Thai Nationals Non-Thai national who are Spouse, parent or children of Thai Nationals provided the following
required documents (Passport, Valid Thai visa, Certificate of Entry (COE) from Thai Embassy, Fit to Fly Health Certificate,
Medical certificate with a laboratory result indicating that COVID-19 is not detected, using RT-PCR test, issued no more than
72 hours before departure, ASQ confirmation on arrival date).
– Certificate of Resident holders Non-Thai nationals who have a Certificate of resident, or have Been permitted to take up
Residency in the Kingdom, Including their spouse of Children provided the following required documents (Passport, Valid
Thai visa, Certificate of Entry (COE) from Thai Embassy, Fit to Fly Health Certificate, Medical certificate with a laboratory
result indicating that COVID-19 is not detected, using RT-PCR test, issued no more than 72 hours before departure, ASQ
confirmation on arrival date).
– Work permit holders Non-Thai Nationals who have a work Permit or have been granted Permission to work in the Kingdom
in accordance with Thai laws, including their Spouse or children provided the following required documents (Passport,
Valid Thai visa, Certificate of Entry (COE) from Thai Embassy, Fit to Fly Health Certificate, Medical certificate with a
laboratory result indicating that COVID-19 is not detected, using RT-PCR test, issued no more than 72 hours before
departure, ASQ confirmation on arrival date).
– Students Non-Thai nationals who are Students of educational establishments in Thailand Approved by Thai authority,
Including their parents or Guardians, except for students of non-formal school in accordance with laws on Private school or
of any other similar private educational establishments provided the following required documents (Passport, Valid Thai
visa, Certificate of Entry (COE) from Thai Embassy, Fit to Fly Health Certificate, Medical certificate with a laboratory result
indicating that COVID-19 is not detected, using RT-PCR test, issued no more than 72 hours before departure, ASQ
confirmation on arrival date).
– Foreigners with Medical Appointment Non-Thai National who need to receive medical treatment in Thailand, including their
accompanying persons, except for treatment for COVID-19 provided the following required documents (Passport, Valid Thai
visa, Certificate of Entry (COE) from Thai Embassy, Fit to Fly Health Certificate, Medical certificate with a laboratory result
indicating that COVID-19 is not detected, using RT-PCR test, issued no more than 72 hours before departure, Confirmation
Letter(DHSS/AHQ 1) indicating medical purpose, duration of treatment and AHQ of the patient( this document is only issued
for the patient), Affidavit of Support (DHSS/AHQ 2) listing names of accompanying persons. (This document is only issued
in case there are accompanying persons travelling together with OR separate from the patient).
*Confirmation Letter (DHSS/AHQ 1) and Affidavit of Support (DHSS/AHQ 2) are documents issued by the hospital in Thailand,
with certification stamp from the Ministry of Health, confirming the admission of the patient and arrangement of
quarantine facility within the Hospital for the period of at least 14 days (for the patient and their Attendants)*.
– Foreigners under a special arrangement Non-Thai nationals who are permitted to enter the Kingdom under a special
arrangement with a foreign country provided the following required documents (Passport, Valid Thai visa, Certificate of

1. A prior notification (Email) to be sent to CAIKZRJ@rj.com including full information (Passenger Name, Flight Number, Date, etc.)
2. PCR certificate should include QR code instead of lab stamp
3. Vaccination certificate is accepted instead of PCR provided:
A. The vaccination certificate is approved by the issuance country and must include QR code without any scratch and as hardcopy.
B. Vaccination certificates accepted only if passed 14 days after the second dose for passengers who vaccinated by the two doses vaccination of (Pfizer, AstraZeneca, Moderna, Sinopharm, Sinovac, Sputnik) and after 14 days after the first dose for passengers who vaccinated by the one dose vaccination of (Johnson & Johnson)
C. ID NOW COVID -19 test will be conducted upon arrival, and if the result is positive, another PCR test will be conducted, If the result is positive again, the quarantine regulations will be implemented.
D. Vaccinated passengers are exempted from providing PCR test before entry into Egypt
E. For passengers holding vaccination certificate issued by Egypt, QR code is not mandatory since the certificate include the Egyptian Republic emblem.
F. Vaccinated Passengers holding vaccination certificate without readable QR code from USA and Canada (and all other countries) are NOT accepted to board to Cairo and they need PCR test prior to arrival Cairo.
G. Passengers who recovered from COVID -19 and have vaccination certificate with one dose rather than (Johnson & Johnson) vaccine, are NOT accepted to board to Cairo and they need PCR test prior to arrival Cairo.
– Vaccinated Passengers arriving from countries rather than the above countries:
A. The vaccination certificate is approved by the issuance country and must include QR code without any scratch and as hardcopy.

PCR test before travelling:
-Requested for all passengers 72 hours prior arrival, except vaccinated passengers with above conditions and children less than 06 years
-PCR certificate accepted as following:
1. PCR test stamped (original hard copy with original stamp without any scraps or amendments) or
2. PCR test with QR code is accepted either soft copy or printed photo provided QR code is readable and with the same below PCR conditions.

3. Orange: Countries that are not designated as green or red countries.

– Travel to and from Guadeloupe, French Guyana, Martinique, Reunion, Mayotte, Saint-Barthelemy, Saint-Martin, SaintPierre and Miquelon, Wallis and Futuna Islands, French Polynesia and New Caledonia, shall only be authorized for an imperious personal or family reason, an emergency health reason or a professional reason that cannot be deferred. The list of acceptable reasons for travel are given in a derogatory travel form available on the internet (Ministry of Interior Website). Supporting documents for the reason to travel are required to be able to board passengers
– Non-citizens traveling for medical treatment, they need to have all travel document valid as following (Return ETKT, Medical insurance, Invitation or hotel accommodation or letter from the hospital with full information about the treatment and Sufficient fund).
– Passengers travelling from red category shall only be authorized for an imperious personal or family reason, an emergency health reason or a professional reason that cannot be deferred. The list of acceptable reasons for travel are given in a derogatory travel form available on the internet (Ministry of Interior Website). Supporting documents for the reason to travel are required to be able to board passengers.
– Passengers that cannot provide a proof of a complete vaccination traveling to France from an orange country or to an orange country from France shall only be authorized to travel for the reasons listed in the applicable international travel certificates available on the internet (Ministry of Interior website). Supporting documents for the reason to travel shall be presented to the air carrier prior to boarding.
– Passengers traveling to France from a red country or to a red country from France shall only be authorized to travel for the reasons listed in the applicable international travel certificates available on the internet (Ministry of Interior website). – Full vaccinated passengers after 2 weeks coming from red countries are allowed to enter France without compelling reason
– Passengers travelling from Jordan to France are required to:
A. Fully vaccinated passengers:
– Must show European vaccination certificate or proof of vaccination with approved vaccines 28 days after 1 dose for Janssen, or 14 days after second dose for Pfizer; Astra Zeneca; Moderna
– If vaccine certificate less than 14 days, PCR test is required less than 72 hours
– NOT subject to any entry restriction
– No PCR test required before departure

B. Not vaccinated passengers:
– Present negative PCR test taken less than 72 hours prior to departure, or a negative antigen test taken less than 48 hours prior to departure (Children aged below twelve years are exempted)
– Present a sworn statement certifying the absence of COVID-19 symptoms and of any contact with a confirmed case of COVID-19
– Present a sworn undertaking to take an antigen test or biological examination on arrival in France
Passengers travelling from UK to France are required to:
1. Have an RT-PCR or antigen test carried out less than 48 hours before departure which is negative for infection (If passenger is unable to present documentation for these negative test result, he will be denied boarding).
2. Complete a sworn statement* declaring that passenger do not show signs of COVID-19 and have not been in contact with anyone confirmed to have COVID-19 in the 14 days before travel
3. Complete a travel certificate* indicating passenger compelling reason for travel and bring one or more documents to justify it.
4. Passenger must undertake to comply with a voluntary 7-day self-isolation period after arrival in the country
PCR test before travelling:
– Negative PCR or antigenic test result required for all passengers of age 11 and older and must be valid within 72 hours from the collection date (Saliva test type is not accepted), except for passengers travelling from green countries that can justify having been fully vaccinated (i.e., 14 days after second injection of Astra Zeneca, Pfizer, Moderna and 28 days after injection of Janssen or certificate of recovery).
– The following requirements applicable to passengers presenting a proof of a complete vaccination shall also apply to minor passengers accompanying one or more major passengers presenting such proof. A certificate of recovery corresponds to the presentation of the result of a biological examination of virological screening or the result of a test allowing the detection of protein n of sars-cov-2, carried out more than 11 days and less than six months before the flight, which concludes to a covid -19 contamination.
– Passengers who do not hold one of these justifications must be denied boarding if their final destination is France.
– Passengers aged eleven years or older travelling by public air transport to France from a foreign country present, prior to boarding, the result of a biological examination of virological screening (Same as PCR test) carried out less than 72 hours before the flight, which does not conclude to a covid-19 contamination. (Passengers may be authorized to derogate if they present a permit issued by the French embassy or general French consulates).

This does not apply to Saudi Citizens, Saudi family members and their accompanying workers, Diplomats, Health Practitioners and their families
– Passengers coming from (Ethiopia, UAE, Vietnam, and Afghanistan) except who stayed 14 days outside these four countries. Saudi citizens can enter if their stay was less than 14 days outside these four countries provided that they book for an institutional quarantine.
Exempted Passengers:
– Passengers holding Tourist visa provided that they have completed the required doses of one of the (COVID-19) vaccines approved by Saudi’s MOH, and have successfully registered on the “Arrival Registration” platform.
– Saudi Citizens, their (Non-Saudi) companions, their Non-Saudi Spouse and children are allowed entry into KSA at their own expenses on the repatriation flights operated by countries to evacuate their citizens from KSA (All Non-Saudi companions mentioned must have valid (Iqamah) in KSA.
– Saudi women who are married to non-Saudi men to travel from/to KSA accompanied by their husbands or joining their husbands abroad by providing marriage document.
– Saudi men who are married to non-Saudi women who happen to be residing abroad to travel from KSA to their wives and travel back by providing marriage document
-GCC citizens
– Non-Saudi passengers holding a valid visa (Exit/Entry, Residence-Iqamah and Visit)
– Passengers traveling from (India, Brazil and Argentina) and have official government invitations.
– Passengers with “premium Residency” and their families with an exit and return visa to KSA and to give notice to the passenger to pay the renewal fee upon arrival.
– Members of diplomatic missions accredited to KSA and their families.
– Saudi citizens and who are allowed to travel into the Kingdom for humanitarian and urgent cases coming from countries where the new coronavirus is spread (U.K and South Africa) are excluded from the condition of staying 14 days outside the country and shall be quarantined upon arrival KSA in their homes for a period of (14) days.
– Passengers who are coming from the countries in which cases of the strain (B.1,1,7) were registered, shall be quarantined in their homes for a period of (7) days.
– The rest of other countries, the 7-days mandatory home quarantine shall be applied or 3-days at least, with a mandatory laboratory examination (PCR).
– Health practitioners in the United Kingdom and South Africa are excluded from spending no less (14) days outside the country in which the new coronavirus variant is spread before entering the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and they will be quarantined in their homes for a period of (14) days in the Kingdom.
Transit Passengers via Dammam:
1. Transit time is allowed from 3-12 hours maximum.
2. PCR test with negative results no later than 72 hours before the scheduled departure to KSA.
3. Not travelling from restricted countries (Entry to KSA must be in day 15).
4. Passenger must hold all documents required for his final destination entry.
Institutional Quarantine:
1. Institutional quarantine is required for those who intend to travel to KSA, except the following categories:
Saudi citizens, citizen spouses and their mothers, citizen’s children and domestic workers accompanying any of individuals mentioned in these categories
– Residents who have taken 02 shot of vaccination in KSA
– Residents who have taken 01 shot of Vaccination in KSA and have passed 14 days after their first shot
– Passengers who have recovered from (COVID-19) in a period not exceeding 6 Months inside KSA
– Non-immune domestic workers accompanying an immune resident
– Diplomat and their families
– Resident under 18 years accompanying of vaccinated resident
– Immune travelers of (citizens and residents and their companions, resident’s wives and resident’s children those who are under the age of (18), who are not accompanied by their parents
– Those holding a diplomatic visa, diplomats, and their residing families
– official delegations
– Cabin Crews
– Those involved in health supply chains, according to MOH.
– Health practitioners working in Government sectors, their families and companions those who are under the age of (18)
– The certified vaccines are (Pfizer, AstraZeneca, Moderna and Johnson)
– Russian and Chinese vaccines are not certified
2. Visitors (including Tourist Visa), Non-Residents, and Residents who have taken 02 shot of vaccination outside KSA are accepted to travel if they meet below requirements:
– Vaccination certificate to show that passenger has taken one of below:
– 2 Doses of Pfizer- Biotech
– 2 Doses of Oxford AstraZeneca
– 2 Doses of Moderna
– 1 Dose of Johnson & Johnson
Travelers who have completed two doses of the following vaccines (Sinopharm and Sinovac) will be accepted on condition of that they have received an additional dose of one of the vaccines approved in KSA
– Passengers must fill out “The Registration Immunization Information Form” before traveling to KSA through the following approved website https://muqeem.sa/#/vaccine-registration/home and enter all information needed, in order to allow them to register their immunization data and use (Tawakkalna) application. This condition not applicable to Saudi Citizens and Exempted Categories.
3. If a Citizen or Resident:
– Took the first dose (of the Saudi approved vaccines) out of KSA and would like to take the second dose in KSA, or
– Took the two doses (of the Saudi approved vaccines) outside KSA and would like to reflect it on Tawakkalna application, or
– Was infected with COVID-19 and would like to reflect this on Tawakkalna application in order to be eligible for one dose, is required to address all below information to 937@moh.gov.sa, and will exempted from Quarantine only if reflected on Tawakkalna application:
– Copy of passport
– Copy of both Civil ID and Resident
– Copy of certificate to confirm that passenger took the dose or a certificate that passenger was infected with COVID-19
– Mobile number that was already registered in both Tawakkalna and Sehati

PCR test before travelling:
– All Non-Saudis must submit a negative PCR test results from a verified laboratory abroad, and it must be done no later than 72 hours before the scheduled departure to the KSA.
– PCR test is limited to Non-Saudi only who are over the age of (8) years
– PCR test written by hand or printed without stamp is not approved.
– Electronic PCR Must be stamped and must be on Labs official letterheads.
Health Insurance before travelling: Not required
Form shall be filled before travelling: Required, all passengers must submit their filled and signed form to the health control center upon arrival at airport.

a) Presenting a successful registration message on the mobile phone
b) Printed certificate with the registration number
c) Verifying the registration using passport number through the website mentioned above.
– Failure to comply with the circulars issued by GACA is an explicit violation of government orders, and legal procedure will be initiated against the violator who will be held responsible for the violation.
Restricted Passengers:
All passengers who are not holding special return permit from Qatar Portal.
Exempted Passengers:
– Qatari Nationals.
– Qatari and Residents returning from one of the COVID-19 Green Listed Countries must be tested upon arrival to the Port of Entry (PoE) using the approved testing method for COVID-19 and sign the Undertaking for Home Quarantine for a week. On the sixth day, the individual should visit one of the PHCC healthcare centers for re-testing.
– Members of the Qatari diplomatic missions abroad, Cultural, and Military Attaches on annual leaves, and Foreign Missions’ Heads and their families should have a COVID-19-free Certificate from one of the testing centers approved and announced by MOPH. In the absence of MOPH approved testing centers, a certificate using RT-PCR is crucial to be exempted from testing at the Port of Entry (PoE). The COVID-19-free Certificate should not exceed 48 hours before travel. Otherwise, they will be tested at the Airport upon arrival and shall be hotel quarantined (must hold hotel booking, otherwise if arriving from Green Countries will be home quarantined).
– With regards to travelers who have obtained the vaccination document from the Centers for Communicable Diseases Control and Prevention (CDC) issued by the United States of America: Acceptance of vaccination certificates issued from abroad that are not verifiable, provided that the traveler undergoes a PCR test upon arrival in the State of Qatar and pay the examination fee of (300) Qatari riyals (as they are currently required to take a PCR test upon arrival in the State of Qatar / within 36 hours). US Military Air Base personnel (regardless of nationality) who hold a CDC vaccination card are treated in the same protocol as above.
– Foreign Diplomats and holders of administrative cards shall be exempted from signing the Home Quarantine Undertaking and downloading the Ehteraz App.
– The same process applies to the holders of administrative cards, except employees on local contracts.
– GCC citizens travelling with their Qatari or GCC sponsor and holding a valid Qatari Residency Permit without the need for Exceptional Entry Permit, as long as they are travelling with them on same flights. – Companions of Qatari citizens and sponsored by their first-degree relatives (e.g., Father, Mother, Husband, Wife, and Children) and holding a valid Qatari Residency Permit without the need for Exceptional Entry Permit, as long as they are travelling with them on same flights.
– Companions sponsored by a Qatari owner of a private business in Qatar and holding a valid Qatari Residency Permit without the need for Exceptional Entry Permit, as long as they are travelling with their Qatari sponsor on same flights.

– General Policy:
1. Citizens and Residents can travel abroad at any time, provided they adhere to the travel and return policy.
2. Qatar has classified countries into Green, Yellow and Red based on the level of risk.
3. Unvaccinated citizens and residents wishing to travel abroad to one of the countries not included in the COVID-19 Green List must book a hotel quarantine package from the listed hotels on the ” Discover Qatar” website before traveling.
4. Those wishing to travel must know the procedures applied in the country they want to visit in terms of quarantine procedures, duration, and the need to provide a COVID-19-free certificate.
5. COVID-19 PCR-test to travel abroad should be conducted at one of the private healthcare facilities announced by MOPH.
6. PCR Test must be done in a medical center approved by the local health authority (of the issuing country) to perform COVID-19 PCR tests
7. GCC citizens who have recovered from COVID-19 must present the original Vaccination certificate (at least one dose of a vaccine approved by MOPH Qatar), PCR Test and certificate of prior infection with COVID-19.
8. Employees must coordinate with their employers about the dates of their travel and return to Qatar. They should consider the quarantine period when planning their trip.
9. All passengers transiting through Qatar must have the mandatory pre-travel PCR test certificate valid for (72) hours of arrival to Qatar, and in case they require another PCR test for their onward destination, they can have it at Hamad International Airport on a standard fee of QAR 300/- per test.
10. If the hotel quarantine criteria apply, the Ministry of Public Health will cover the costs of the hotel quarantine packages for patients receiving their treatment abroad (with written confirmation from the Medical Treatment Committee Abroad) at the expense of the State, along with their official escorts. The employer is responsible to cover the quarantine expenses for their employees who are on official missions.
11. With home quarantine, the accommodation conditions should be suitable, provided it has a separate room with its in suite bathroom. If the accommodation is not appropriate, one of the hotel quarantine packages must be booked for through the “Discover Qatar” website before traveling to Qatar.
12. The validity of the vaccine to grant quarantine exemption is 12 months, starting (14) days after the second dose. This immunity period could be extended based on new and emerging data.
13. Lists of approved/conditionally approved vaccines by the Ministry of Public Health:
1. Pfizer/Biontech Vaccine (Comernate)
2. Moderna Vaccine (Spikefax).
3. AstraZeneca vaccines (Coveshield / Oxford / Vaxepheria)
4. Janssen/Johnson & Johnson Vaccine (One Dose)

Sinopharm vaccinated passengers:
1. Should take PCR on arrival on his own cost
2. The protocol that will be applied to recipients of one of the vaccines with conditional approval (Sinopharm) in the event of a desire to be exempted from quarantine:
– Qatari citizens: An antibody test will be conducted upon arrival in the State of Qatar at one of the ports of entry for free, and if the result is positive, the traveller will be exempted from quarantine. Otherwise, they will be subject to home quarantine for a period of (05) days for those coming from countries classified within the green list, and hotel quarantine For a period of (07) days for those coming from countries classified within the yellow list, and hotel quarantine for a period of (10) days for those coming from countries classified within the list of red countries, as for those coming from the six countries located in East Asia – please see the point (No. 2 above).
– Residents and visitors: An antibody test will be performed upon arrival at the hotel where the traveller will be required to book a quarantine hotel for a period depending on the country’s classification and if the result is positive, the traveller will be exempted on the first day with the application of the PCR test for those coming from the countries on the red list, and if they are Coming from the six East Asian countries who have received the Sinopharm vaccine, the antibody test is not applicable and they have to complete a 10-day hotel quarantine.
14. Travelers fully vaccinated with the above-specified conditional vaccines will be subject to an antibody test on arrival, if the result is positive with antibodies, exempted from quarantine; otherwise, the traveler must undergo applicable quarantine based on country of departure and perform COVID-19 PCR tests upon arrival.
15. Travelers must present an official vaccination certificate that includes the following information:
1. Name of the recipient as mentioned in their passport.
2. Vaccination Date clearly written as 1st and/or 2nd dose.
3. Type/Name of vaccine.
4. Vaccine Lot number (if available)
5. Official logo or stamp of the vaccination authority
– Recovered individuals:
1. Citizens and residents recovered from a previous infection within the last (12) months are exempted from quarantine upon return from their travel abroad if they were asymptomatic and their PCR test result was negative.
2. This rule applies to individuals diagnosed in Qatar. Those who were diagnosed in any GCC member states and received at least 1 dose of the MOPH-Qatar recognized vaccine are exempted from quarantine provided they submit a certificate detailing the previous infection and recovery issued by their local GCC state health authority
3. It is the responsibility of individuals to ensure that they are updated with any changes in the Entry and Return policy of the State of Qatar through the official sources and the sites mentioned above before planning their trip
– Group A: Qatari Citizens, Residents and GCC Citizens
– Before Traveling to Qatar:
1. One negative PCR test carried out maximum 72 hours before time of arrival is required; It must be done in a medical center approved by the local health authority of the issuing country to perform COVID-19 PCR tests.
2. You are exempted from quarantine if you are fully vaccinated with an MOPH recognized vaccine and at least (14) days have passed after receiving the second dose of a two-dose series vaccine or from the single dose in case of single-dose regime vaccine.
3. Unvaccinated travelers, vaccinated with other vaccines not recognized in the State of Qatar, and those who fall short of the 14 days vaccine administration period since the second dose:
– You will be subject to quarantine for a period depending on the country classification you travel from. You will need to book a hotel package through Discover Qatar if you are coming from Yellow (7 days) or red countries (10 days).
– Minors between (0-11) years traveling with their fully vaccinated parents are exempted from quarantine if traveling from countries on the Green List.
– Unvaccinated Minors between (12-17) years traveling with their fully vaccinated parents shall be subject to home quarantine for (05) days if traveling from countries on the Green List.
– Unvaccinated Minors between (0-17) years traveling with their fully vaccinated parents shall be subject to home quarantine for (07) days if traveling from countries on the Yellow List and shall be subject to home quarantine for (10) days if traveling from countries on the Red List.
4. For unvaccinated travelers belonging to group A and had trips to multiple countries for the last 10 days: to benefit for the quarantine privileges of the lower-tier country classification, they must be staying in the said lower-tier country COVID-19 classification for minimum period of 10 days.
5. For unvaccinated travelers belonging to group A and are returning from a medical treatment abroad must submit a clearance certificate (via Pre-entry registration www.Ehteraz.gov.qa) from the Medical Treatment Abroad Committee; Patients and their one (1) fully vaccinated escort coming from green and yellow countries shall be on home quarantine depending on the required quarantine period (i.e. Green – 5 days; Yellow – 7 days); while patients coming from Red country will be subject to 10 days hotel quarantine, they will be accompanied by their escort even if the latter is vaccinated.
6. For unvaccinated lactating mothers, pregnant women, and those 75 years old and above will undergo the same testing and quarantine policy as to the rest of unvaccinated individuals.
7. Pregnant and lactating women who have children up to two years old (regardless of whether they are accompanied by a fully immunized or recovered husband who did not accompany them) will be subject to home quarantine according to the classification of the country of departure, provided that the PCR test is applied according to the travel and return policy.
8. Citizens and residents aged (75) years and above will be subject to home quarantine according to the classification of the country of departure, provided that the PCR test is applied in accordance with the travel and return policy.
9. Any Qatari national under the condition of hotel quarantine shall be accepted at the check-in counter even if he didn’t book a hotel for quarantine (Do not refuse any Qatari for this reason).
– Testing and Quarantine Policy on Arrival in Qatar:
1. Travelers with symptoms will be tested as necessary as judged by the medical team at the ports.
2. Travelers who are unvaccinated, inoculated with vaccines not recognized in the State of Qatar, or who fall short of the 14 days vaccine administration period since the second dose will undergo:
– Coming from Green countries: 5 days home quarantine and a repeat PCR test in PHCC on day 4, you will be discharged on day 5 if test is negative.
– Coming from Yellow countries: 7 days hotel quarantine and a repeat PCR test (on traveler’s expense) in the hotel on day 6, you will be discharged on day 7 if test is negative.
– Coming from Red countries: 10 days hotel quarantine and a repeat PCR on arrival in the hotel, and on day 9 (on traveler’s expense), you will be discharged on day 10 if test is negative.
3. Vaccinated travelers coming from red countries will undergo a repeat PCR test (on traveler’s expense) on arrival in HIA/land border, if the test is positive, traveler must adhere to isolation protocol.
4. GCC citizens who do not hold a Qatari ID card shall be subject to a hotel quarantine for a period of (5) five days if traveling from countries on the Green List.

– Group B: Family Visitors, Business, Leisure, including GCC residents (12 years old and above):
1. Entry is restricted to vaccinated, and/or recovered individuals as defined in numbers 13, 14, 15, 16 in the General policy.
2. Register through the Ehteraz website (www.ehteraz.gov.qa) is mandatory to non-residents /visa on arrival coming to the state of Qatar at least 12 hours before travel, travelers should upload the required official documents. They will be issued a Travel Authorization, which they will be required to present to the boarding staff to be allowed to fly to Qatar, or to the Immigration officials at the land border
2. Fully vaccinated individuals:
– Exempted from quarantine if you are fully vaccinated with an MOPH recognized vaccine and at least (14) days have passed after receiving the second dose of a two-dose series vaccine or from the single dose in case of single-dose regime vaccine.
– Minors between (0-11) years old accompanied by their fully vaccinated parents are exempted from the quarantine if traveling from countries on the Green List.
– Minors between (0-11) years old accompanied by their fully vaccinated parents shall be subject to hotel quarantine for (07) days if traveling from countries on the Yellow List.
– No exception for Minors traveling from countries on the Red List.
– It is mandatory for travelers to install and activate Ehteraz app on their mobile phone using locally authorized SIM cards that can be obtained from one of the local providers (Ooredoo or Vodafone).
3. Foreign Diplomats holders of diplomatic and administrative cards issued by MOFA are exempted from hotel quarantine and will undergo seven days home quarantine despite the country they are returning from. (Either countries from the Green-List, or other countries).
4. USA and NATO personnel holding Military ID with order to Qatar can arrive to Qatar without EEP, and they do not need prior hotel quarantine booking through discover Qatar website, they are subject to special quarantine arrangements, and they will be handled by their authorized sponsors, as per usual protocol without change.
5. Exemption from Hotel Quarantine to the citizens and residents of the state of Qatar who have received the two doses of the Covid-19 vaccine, and their accompanying family members traveling with them upon returning from abroad to be started after 14 days from the date of receiving the second dose. However, (PCR) swab test result must be negative upon returning to the country.
6. Travelers who are vaccinated with the 2nd dose of COVID-19 vaccine, either from Qatar or abroad (provided that the vaccine is recognized in the State of Qatar – through prior approval from the representative of the Ministry of Public Health in the quarantine cell). If they arrived before completing the 14-days period from the date of their 2nd dose, they will be allowed to quarantine at home for a period of (7) days or the remaining number of days until completing the required 14-days period, whichever is shorter.
7. Travelers who are vaccinated with the 2nd dose of COVID-19 vaccine, either from Qatar or abroad (provided that the vaccine is recognized in the State of Qatar – through prior approval from the representative of the Ministry of Public Health in the quarantine cell). If they arrived before completing the 14-days period from the date of their 2nd dose, they will be allowed to quarantine at home for a period of (7) days or the remaining number of days until completing the required 14-days period, whichever is shorter.
8. Passengers holding Family and Personal Visit Visa must not be accepted without checking the following requirement:
1- Valid family visit visa or personal visit visa.
2- A passport valid for at least 6 Months.
3- Health insurance for all medical expenses during the visit.
4- Confirmed return tickets valid for 3 months.
5- Fully vaccinated with vaccines approved by the Ministry of Public Health and completing a period of 14 days after the second dose.
6- Electronic registration on the Ehteraz platform (WWW.EHTERAZ.GOV.QA) to obtain the approval of the Ministry of Public Health before travelling.
7- Obtaining approval from Ehteraz platform before arriving in the country.
8- Negative PCR test 72 hours prior to arrival from approved medical center in the country where he/she came from.
– EHTERAZ Application Policy:
1. Travelers arriving or returning to the State of Qatar must download and activate the Ehteraz app on their mobiles upon arrival to the Port of Entry (PoE). To achieve that the below must be obtained by the traveler:
– A Qatari SIM Card from a local telecom operator (Ooredoo and Vodafone).
– Internet access.
– A smartphone that supports either Android 6 and up or IOS 13.5 and higher.
– Download the application on your mobile phone either via Google Play or Apple App Store or from any search engines on the internet.
– Knowing that, SIM cards and smartphones are available for purchase at Hamad International Airport and Abu Samra port if the traveler does not have them before arrival.
2. Diplomats, administrative cardholders, and VVIP visitors are exempted.
3. Health status on Ehteraz will remain YELLOW for the whole of quarantine duration, and until a negative COVID-19 test result is obtained as per the quarantine policy stated above.
4. Health Status on Ehteraz for the fully vaccinated individuals in Qatar will remain GREEN with a Golden Frame to indicate they are exempted from quarantine if their PCR test result was negative, and they completed (14) days after the second dose.
5. The Health Status on Ehteraz for citizens and residents who have been vaccinated abroad will remain GREEN without Golden Frame until their vaccination data are updated in the system.
6. The Health Status on Ehteraz for visitors who have been vaccinated abroad will remain GREEN without Golden Frame until their vaccination data are updated in the system.
– COVID-19 Testing Centers Abroad Approval Policy:
Criteria to approve COVID-19 testing centers must be shared with the Qatari embassies abroad, and the Foreign and Arab embassies in the country. The proposed testing centers should be studied against the set criteria to determine the testing centers included in the list based on the travelers’ flow arriving from those countries. The criteria set by MOPH focused on the laboratory accreditation, analytical methods used for testing, and the information required to be included in the certificate
– Travelers returning from Umrah:
1. Citizens and residents who came from Umrah and cannot provide a valid PCR test certificate should be allowed to board their flights, but they must undergo PCR test upon arrival at Hamad International Airport or Abu Samra port on a standard fee of QAR 300/- per test.
2. All travelers must be vaccinated following KSA rules that only vaccinated individuals could perform Umrah and visit Makkah.
3. Individuals planning to travel for Umrah should refer to the policy and procedures announced by the Ministry of Endowments and Islamic Affairs.
-Travelers from East Asian Countries India, Nepal, Bangladesh, Pakistan, Sri-Lanka, and the Philippines:
1. Citizens and residents who have been vaccinated or recovered in the State of Qatar will be subject to hotel quarantine for a period of two days, with a PCR test done on the second day, and they will be released on the same day if the result is negative.
2. Passengers (Qataris, residents, visitors) who have been vaccinated outside the State of Qatar with a vaccine recognized by the Ministry of Public Health, or those who have recovered outside the State of Qatar will be subject to quarantine at the hotel for a period of (10) days.
3. Citizens and residents who are not immunized will be subject to hotel quarantine for a period of (10) days.
4. Unprotected tourists/visitors: Entry is not permitted.
– Population Groups Exempted from Hotel Quarantine:
The following groups of citizens and residents returning to Qatar from countries not included in the Green List are exempted from hotel quarantine, and will be subject to home quarantine:
1. Unvaccinated children aged below 18, whether returning from travel alone or with their parents, are home quarantined for (7) days, provided that both parents are vaccinated.
2. Vaccinated individuals who received their second dose in Qatar and have not completed the specified period of (14) days from the date of the second dose are home quarantined for (7) days or until they complete the duration of (14) days following the second dose, whichever is shorter.
3. Unvaccinated individuals aged 75 and above are home quarantined with one escort from the same household.
4. Pregnant women returning to the country with their vaccinated husbands, or a vaccinated relative from the same household.
5. Lactating mothers and their infants aged 2 years and below returning to the country with their vaccinated husbands or a vaccinated relative from the same household.
6. Unvaccinated patients treated abroad at the expenses of the State with one escort from the same household. This applies after assessing the patient’s health condition by the relevant department at MOPH.
– The above-mentioned groups must sign an undertaking showing their compliance with the home quarantine measures. However, for those aged below 18, their parents or guardian shall sign the undertaking affirming their children’s compliance with the home quarantine regulations.

– EU citizens, Schengen states, Andorra, Monaco, North Ireland, England, Marino, Vatican State, Health Personnel, Diplomatic, International Organizations, Humanitarian workers, absolute urgency, returning to one’s home, domicile, dwelling, passengers having work permit for a maximum stay of 5 days must hold a return ticket.
– Persons entering in Italy for a period not exceeding one hundred and twenty hours (5 days) for proven work, health, or absolutely essential reasons, subject to the obligation to immediately leave the Country at the end of the said period showing return ticket to border police on arrival in FCO.
– Exemption for passengers coming from the following countries included in list D: Albania, Saudi Arabia, Armenia, Australia, Azerbaijan, Bosnia-Herzegovina, Brunei, Canada, UAE, Japan, Jordan, Lebanon, Kosovo, Moldavia, Montenegro, New Zealand, Qatar, UK, North Ireland, Republic of Korea, Republic of North Macedonia, Serbia, Singapore, United States of America, Ukraine, Taiwan, Hong Kong, and Macao.
– Passengers from Jordan can travel to Italy with all types of visas.
– All passengers who have been to or transited through one of the countries in list D, including Jordan, in the 14 days preceding entry into Italy, must comply with the following obligations:
1) Take a negative molecular or antigen swab test in the 72 hours before entering in Italy with negative result. Child up to 5 years are exempted from molecular or antigen swab test before arrive in Italy.
2) Fill in the Digital Passenger Locator Form with QR code on digital format trough mobile or any device or show hard copy.
3) Undergo self-isolation for 5 days at the address indicated on Digital Passenger Locator Form
4) Take an additional molecular or antigen swab test at the end of 5 days isolation period
PCR test before travelling:
– PCR or antigen swab test is required 72 hours before entering Italy for all passengers.
– Quarantine period has been reduced to 5 days, and another PCR test or antigen swab test is required at the end of the quarantine’s period.
Exemptions from PCR or antigen swab test:
a. Transport crew members
b. Haulage workers.
c. Persons travelling to/from the Countries and territories included in list A of annex 20
d. Persons entering Italy for a period not exceeding one hundred and twenty hours for proven work, health. or absolutely essential reasons, subject to the obligation to immediately leave the Country at the end of the said period, or. if unable to do so, to undergo a period of supervised self-isolation. in accordance with paragraphs from 1to 5
e. Persons travelling through Italy, by private transport, for a period of no more than thirty-six hours, subject to the obligation to immediately leave the Country at the end of the said period or, if unable to do so, to start a period of supervised self-Isolation, in accordance with paragraphs from 1to 5
f. Cross-border workers entering and leaving the country for proven work reasons and returning’ to their home or place of residence.
g. Employees of corporations or entities with headquarters or branch offices in Italy and travelling abroad for proven work reasons for no longer than one hundred and twenty hours.
h. Officials and other servants. however designated, of the.’ European Union or international organizations. diplomatic agents, administrative and technical staff of diplomatic missions. consular officials~ and personnel, military personnel including any personnel returning from international missions, and members of law enforcement agencies, personnel of Italian State intelligence and security agencies and fire-fighting personnel on active duty.
i. Students attending a study program in a country other than the Country of residence or home Country, to which they return on a daily basis or at least once a week.
j. Children aged up to 05 years
k. The above categories of persons are exempted from both the obligation to take a swab test before entering Italy and the obligation to self-isolate and then take a swab test after the period of seIf-isolation period.

Third-country nationals arriving from out of Schengen area and UK except Passengers who have resided and last stayed in the following countries and regions: Albania, Armenia, Australia, Azerbaijan, Bosnia Herzegovina, Brunei, Canada, Hong Kong, Israel, Japan, Jordan, Kosovo, Lebanon, Macao, Moldova, Montenegro, New Zealand, North Macedonia, Qatar, Serbia, Singapore, South Korea, Taiwan, Thailand, USA.
Exempted Passengers:
– Unrestricted entry for residents of the following countries (Albania, Australia, Hong Kong, Israel, Japan, Lebanon, Macao, New Zealand, North Macedonia, Serbia, Singapore, South Korea, Taiwan, Thailand, USA).
-This list of countries is to be regularly updated. The question of whether travel to Germany is permitted depends on where the person travelling has previously been staying, not on their nationality.
– EU citizens and nationals of Liechtenstein, Switzerland, Norway and Iceland and the members of their immediate family (spouse, unmarried minor children, parents of minors) are exempted from the travel restrictions.
– Third-country nationals with a valid residence permit for Germany;
– Family members of third-country nationals travelling to Germany for the purposes of family reunification or for visits for urgent family reasons;
– Healthcare professionals, health researchers and elderly care professionals;
– Foreign experts and highly qualified personnel whose work is necessary from an economic point of view and which cannot be postponed or carried out abroad;
– Transport personnel engaged in haulage of goods and other transport staff;
– Seasonal workers in agriculture;
– Sailors;
– Foreign students whose studies cannot be continued entirely from outside Germany;
– Persons in need of international protection or seeking protection for other humanitarian reasons;
– Diplomats, staff of international organizations, military personnel and humanitarian aid workers in the exercise of their functions;
– Late repatriates;
– Passengers in Transit.
Starting of 25th of June 2021, fully vaccinated passengers are allowed entry from third countries (Jordan) as following:
– Passenger must have received the last vaccination dose that is necessary for full vaccination (in the case of a person who has recovered from coronavirus only one dose is necessary) at least 14 days before the date of travel
– The vaccines approved Pfizer, AstraZeneca, Moderna, Johnson & Johnson
– Passengers who have been vaccinated in accordance with these requirements may enter Germany for any travel purpose and from countries that are not on the safe list. This does not apply to entry from countries for which a condition of reciprocity applies (currently: China) or from countries categorized as areas of virus variants of concern.
– Restrictions on entry or transport from areas of virus variants of concern also apply to fully vaccinated people (see “What restrictions apply to entry and travel from areas of virus variants of concern?”).
– The EU Digital COVID Certificate or comparable proof of vaccination in German, English, French, Italian or Spanish must be presented upon entry. This certificate must include the following information:
1. The personal data of the vaccinated person (at least first and last name and date of birth)
2. The date/s of vaccination and number of vaccination doses
3. The name of the vaccine
4. The name of the disease against which the person was vaccinated
5. The name and address of the person or institution responsible for vaccinating the person
6. Confirmation in written or electronic form with the qualified electronic signature or qualified electronic seal of the person who carried out the vaccination; if for administrative reasons this is not possible, a suitable format such as a stamp or state symbols should be used to clearly identify the responsible person or institution.
PCR test before travelling:
– If passenger have spent time within the 10 days prior to entering the Federal Republic of Germany:
In an area of variants of concern, passenger must be in possession of a test certificate (antigen test: maximum 24-hour or PCR test: maximum 72 hours old on entry). If passenger is entering with a carrier, he must present his test certificate to the carrier before departure.
In a high-incidence area, passenger must be in possession of a test certificate Antigen test: maximum 48-hours or PCR test: maximum 72 hours old on entry, proof of recovery from COVID-19 or proof of complete vaccination against the coronavirus and last vaccination given at least 14 day ago with Biontech/Pfizer, AstraZeneca, Moderna or Johnson & Johnson (Sputnik V and Sinopharm are not allowed, then negative PCR or proof of recovery is mandatory). If passenger is entering with a carrier, he must present the relevant certificate to the carrier before departure.
In a risk area that is neither a high-incidence area nor an area of variants of concern, passenger must be in possession of a test certificate, proof of recovery from COVID-19 or a vaccination certificate, at the latest 48 hours after entry, and must transmit this via the Federal Republic of Germany’s travel portal under https://www.einreiseanmeldung.de
– Children under 6 years of age are exempt from PCR test.
– Test result, accepted on printed or in an electronic document in German, English or French.
COVID19 testing: The German Health Authorities differentiate the risk areas in three different categories:

Passengers will be allowed to go to their final destination after the test samples are taken, if the test results are positive, they will be treated according to the COVID-19 guide of the Ministry of Health. Passengers with a positive test result and persons they have been in close contact with will be quarantined for 14 days at the addresses they have determined, and the quarantine conditions will be terminated if the PCR test results to be performed at the end of the 10th day are negative. The quarantine conditions of those who are found to be carrying the Indian mutant of the virus will be terminated if the PCR test is negative at the end of the 14th day of the quarantine:

– Procedure for passengers have been in Bangladesh, Brazil, South Africa, India, Nepal, Sri Lanka, Afghanistan, Pakistan, United Kingdom, Iran, Egypt, and Singapore:
1. Passengers of 6 years and older have been in Bangladesh, Brazil, South Africa, India, Nepal, and Sri Lanka for the last 14 days must submit a negative PCR test result taken at most 72 hours before arrival. these passengers are subject to quarantine for 14 days at hotels determined by the governorships. expenses for accommodation and transfers from airports will be born by passengers. at the end of 14th day, if test result is negative, quarantine will be lifted.
2. Passengers of 6 years and older arriving from Afghanistan and Pakistan and those who have been in these countries for the last 14 days must submit a negative PCR test result taken at most 72 hours before arrival. these passengers are subject to quarantine for 10 days at hotels determined by the governorships. expenses for accommodation and transfers from airports will be born by passengers. at the end of 7th day, if test result is negative, quarantine will be lifted.
3. Passengers to be guaranteed under the first and second points shall pay the hotel fees before arriving to turkey. passengers who cannot prove that they have made the necessary payments to stay at the hotels determined by the governorships will not be allowed to board the plane by airline operators.
4. Passengers of 6 years and older arriving from the United Kingdom, Iran, Egypt and Singapore will be requested to submit a PCR test report with a negative result at most 72 hours prior to arriving turkey.
5. For passengers of 6 years and older arriving from the countries other than those listed in point 1, 2 and 4, those who submit a document issued by their relevant country’s official authorities stating that they have been vaccinated at least 14 days prior to arriving turkey and/or a proof of recovery from covid-19 within the last 6 months starting from the 28th day of the first positive PCR test result, will not be asked to present a negative PCR test report and quarantine measures will not be applied.
6. For passengers of 6 years and older arriving from the countries other than those listed in the points 1, 2 and 4, those who do not submit a document issued by their relevant country’s official authorities stating that they have been vaccinated at least 14 days prior to arriving turkey and/or a proof of recovery from covid-19 within the last 6 months starting from the 28th day of the first positive PCR test result, a PCR test report with negative result at most 72 hours or a rapid antigen test report with negative result at most 48 hours prior to the entry will be sufficient.
7. These requirements are not applicable to transit and/or transfer passengers.
8. There will be no PCR requirement and quarantine for the crew.
9. The hotels determined by the governorships for passengers to be quarantined under the first and second articles will be published in English on the link of DGCA (http://web.shgm.gov.tr/tr/covid-19-tedbirler/6599-izolasyon-otelleri

All arriving passengers who visited UK and Denmark within the last 10 days are required to:
– Submit their passport and flight information.
– Fill and sign 14 days COVID-19 Case/Contact Tracing (Quarantine) information and consent form
– Register to HSYS and HSSGM interactive system.
– Passengers who completed related processes are allowed to proceed to the country as long as they go to their residence by a private vehicle and isolated themselves in their residency.
– Airline’s operator is allowed to transport transit passengers from these two countries.
– Passengers who were in Afghanistan, Bangladesh, Brazil, South Africa, India, Nepal, Pakistan, Sri Lanka for the last 14 days are not allowed to travel to Turkey (This is not applicable to transit and/or transfer passengers)

– Passengers holding Tourist visa.
– Passengers coming from (Argentina, Indonesia, Pakistan, Brazil, Turkey, South Africa, Lebanon, Egypt, India) and it includes those coming from other countries if they have passed through any of aforementioned countries during (14) days preceding the request to enter to the Kingdom (Entry to KSA must be in day 15). This does not apply to Saudi Citizens, Saudi family members and their accompanying workers, Diplomats, Health Practitioners and their families.
– Passengers coming from (Ethiopia, UAE, Vietnam, and Afghanistan) except who stayed 14 days outside these four countries. Saudi citizens can enter if their stay was less than 14 days outside these four countries provided that they book for an institutional quarantine
Exempted Passengers:
-Passengers holding Tourist visa provided that they have completed the required doses of one of the (COVID-19) vaccines approved by Saudi’s MOH, and have successfully registered on the “Arrival Registration” platform.
– Saudi Citizens, their (Non-Saudi) companions, their Non-Saudi Spouse and children are allowed entry into KSA at their own expenses on the repatriation flights operated by countries to evacuate their citizens from KSA (All Non-Saudi companions mentioned must have valid (Iqamah) in KSA.
– Passengers traveling from (India, Brazil and Argentina) and have official government invitations.
– Passengers with “premium Residency” and their families with an exit and return visa to KSA and to give notice to the passenger to pay the renewal fee upon arrival.
– Members of diplomatic missions accredited to KSA and their families.
– Passengers who are coming from the countries in which cases of the strain (B.1,1,7) were registered, shall be quarantined in their homes for a period of (7) days.
– The rest of other countries, the 7-days mandatory home quarantine shall be applied or 3-days at least, with a mandatory laboratory examination (PCR).
– Health practitioners in the United Kingdom and South Africa are excluded from spending no less (14) days outside the country in which the new coronavirus variant is spread before entering the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and they will be quarantined in their homes for a period of (14) days in the Kingdom.
Transit Passengers via Jeddah:
1. Transit time is allowed from 3-6 hours maximum
2. PCR test with negative results no later than 72 hours before the scheduled departure to KSA
3. Not travelling from restricted countries (Entry to KSA must be in day 15)
4. Passenger must hold all documents required for his final destination entry
Institutional Quarantine:
Institutional quarantine is required for those who intend to travel to KSA, except the following categories:
– Saudi citizens, citizen spouses and their mothers, citizen’s children and domestic workers accompanying any of individuals mentioned in these categories
– Residents who have taken 02 shot of vaccination in KSA
– Residents who have taken 01 shot of Vaccination in KSA and have passed 14 days after their first shot
– Passengers who have recovered from (COVID-19) in a period not exceeding 6 Months inside KSA
– Non-immune domestic workers accompanying an immune resident
– Diplomat and their families
– Resident under 18 years accompanying of vaccinated resident
– Immune travelers of (citizens and residents and their companions, resident’s wives and resident’s children those who are under the age of (18), who are not accompanied by their parents
– Those holding a diplomatic visa, diplomats, and their residing families
– official delegations
– Cabin Crews
– Those involved in health supply chains, according to MOH.
– Health practitioners working in Government sectors, their families and companions those who are under the age of (18).
– The certified vaccines are (Pfizer, AstraZeneca, Moderna and Johnson)
– Russian and Chinese vaccines are not certified
2. Visitors, Non-Residents, and Residents who have taken 02 shot of vaccination outside KSA are accepted to travel if they meet below requirements:
– Vaccination certificate to show that passenger has taken one of below:
– 2 Doses of Pfizer- Biotech
– 2 Doses of Oxford AstraZeneca
– 2 Doses of Moderna
– 1 Dose of Johnson & Johnson
– Travelers who have completed two doses of the following vaccines (Sinopharm and Sinovac) will be accepted on condition of that they have received an additional dose of one of the vaccines approved in KSA
– Passengers must fill out “The Registration Immunization Information Form” before traveling to KSA through the following approved website https://muqeem.sa/#/vaccine-registration/home and enter all information needed, in order to allow them to register their immunization data and use (Tawakkalna) application. This condition not applicable to Saudi Citizens and Exempted Categories.
3. If a Citizen or Resident:
– Took the first dose (of the Saudi approved vaccines) out of KSA and would like to take the second dose in KSA, or
– Took the two doses (of the Saudi approved vaccines) outside KSA and would like to reflect it on Tawakkalna application, or
– Was infected with COVID-19 and would like to reflect this on Tawakkalna application in order to be eligible for one dose, is required to address all below information to 937@moh.gov.sa, and will exempted from Quarantine only if reflected on Tawakkalna application:
– Copy of passport
– Copy of both Civil ID and Resident
– Copy of certificate to confirm that passenger took the dose or a certificate that passenger was infected with COVID-19
– Mobile number that was already registered in both Tawakkalna and Sehati
4. MOH created the following website for citizens and residents only to allows them to reflect vaccination on TAWAKLNA in Case they took full doses in their countries https://eservices.moh.gov.sa/CoronaVaccineRegistration/
PCR test before travelling:
– All Non-Saudis must submit a negative PCR test results from a verified laboratory abroad, and it must be done no later than 72 hours before the scheduled departure to KSA.

a) Presenting a successful registration message on the mobile phone

– Failure to comply with the circulars issued by GACA is an explicit violation of government orders, and legal procedure will be initiated against the violator who will be held responsible for the violation.
Restricted Passengers:
Passengers that are on visas from Iran, China (Excluding the special administrative region of Hong Kong and Macau), UK, Schengen countries, Ireland, Brazil, South Africa and India need to quarantine outside those countries for at least 14 days prior to their entry into USA.
Exempted Passengers:
– US citizens
– Lawful Permanent Resident (LPR)
– Passengers travelling with ESTA who has not traveled to any of the restricted countries and is not inhibited by system from checking-in.

– Required for all passenger valid up to 72 hours from the date of the test, must carry a negative COVID-19 PCR test result certificate issued by one of the laboratories under the MUNA system listed on the Kuwait Mosafar platform (The laboratories listed on Kuwait Mosafar are subject to change).

– Approved Vaccines:
The vaccines approved in the state of Kuwait and the number of doses required for immunization to show the green color in (Immune application or Kuwait mobile ID application) are:
– (Pfizer BioNTech vaccine (Two doses)
– AstraZeneca-Oxford vaccine (Two doses)
– Moderna vaccine (Two doses)
– Johnson & Johnson vaccine (One doses).
For immunized with vaccines outside the state of Kuwait from the approved vaccines, the certificate of vaccine must be uploaded in Ministry of Health Website in order to reflect green color in (Immune application or Kuwait mobile ID application) before completing the registration in Kuwait Mosafar platform.

Quarantine:
– All immunized passengers are subject to a home quarantine for seven days from the date of their arrival in the stat of Kuwait in case they wish to end the quarantine they conduct and pays one PCR test inside the state of Kuwait during the quarantine period and if proven free from COV-19 virus, will end scheduled home quarantine period.
Exemptions from the measures of the Institutional Quarantine:
1. Diplomats, their families, and their accompanied domestic workers (must show their personal identification)
2. Kuwaiti patients sent aboard for medical treatment and their companions and upon their treatment, completion (must show a letter issued from the related Kuwaiti Health Office at the country of medical treatment).
3. Kuwait students and children of Kuwaiti women who are studying and registered in aboard Universities and passengers required to set for studies examinations aboard (must show letter issued by Kuwaiti culture office indicates that the student is registered in one if the aboard Universities, and letter from the University indicates the exam date).
4. Medical Crews and their accompanied families (must show evidence identification).
5. Minors below (18 years old) unaccompanied passengers.
6. All the arriving passengers who received a full vaccine which is accredited by the state of Kuwait (Pfizer BioNTech vaccine, AstraZeneca-Oxford vaccine, Moderna vaccine, Johnson & Johnson vaccine) are subject to home quarantine for seven days

– Any country does not fall under green, orange, or red category is considered under gray category.
– Any passenger who was in India in the last 14 days is not allowed to enter into Cyprus, except Cypriots, European Nationals

– JOHNSON AND JOHNSON: Fourteen (14) days must elapse between the completion of the required dose of the
vaccine (1-dose vaccine) and the date of travel.
– SINOPHARM: With the completion of the required doses of the vaccine
3. Vaccination certificate is downloaded on “Cyprus Flight Pass” https://www.cyprusflightpass.gov.cy 48 hours prior to
departure.
4. Passengers are not required to provide PCR test prior their departure, conduct PCR test upon arrival, or isolation.
5. Vaccination certificate must be in English.
6. Exemptions: No laboratory test, quarantine, or self-isolation is required for:
– Passengers who are fully vaccinated with one of the vaccines approved by the Republic of Cyprus
– Passengers who hold a recovery certificate following a period of 14 days from the date the sample was taken for

– The following passengers will be allowed to enter the Republic of. Cyprus having undergone a lab test at their own
expense upon arrival.

– The following passengers will be allowed to enter the Republic of Cyprus having undergone a lab test at their own
expense upon entry to the Republic of Cyprus:
1. Cypriot citizens, permanently residing in the public of Cyprus and their family members (Foreign spouses, their
minor children, and their parents.
2. Persons legally residing in the Republic of Cyprus.
3. Persons allowed to enter in the Republic of Cyprus under the Vienna Convention
– These persons may choose to undergo only one lab test, namely upon their arrival to Cyprus, but must then remain in a
status of obligatory self-isolation for a minimum of 72 hours from the time of their arrival. After the 72-hour self-isolation,
they must undergo a second PCR test for Covid-19, again at their own expense. They are released from self-isolation after
a negative test result which must be submitted to the electronic address monada@mphs.moh.gov.cy

3. EU citizens, citizens of European Economic Area (Island, Lichtenstein, Norway) and Switzerland
4. Persons allowed to enter the Republic of Cyprus in accordance with the Vienna Convention.
5. Citizens of third countries, provided they obtain prior special permission from the Republic of Cyprus, as
defined under the Infectious Diseases Decree (N.2/2021 8.1.21), as amended. The application for a Special
Permission must be submitted on the Cyprus Flight Pass Platform
(https://cyprusflightpass.gov.cy/en/special.permission).
(Citizens can obtain special permission through Cyprus flight Pass site)
– PCR test required 72 hours prior to departure (Excluding category number 2 above, the rest of the passengers may
undergo the laboratory test upon their arrival in the Republic of Cyprus, at their own expense)
– Passengers arriving from the Grey Category countries (Special Permission) shall remain in mandatory self-isolation or
mandatory quarantine for a period of fourteen (14) days or alternatively, in mandatory self-isolation or mandatory
quarantine for a period of seven (7) days provided that they undergo another Covid-19 test (at their own expense) on
the 7th day and the result comes back negative.

– Exception from PCR test 72 hours before departure test:
– The following passengers will be allowed to enter the Republic of Cyprus having undergone a lab test at their own
expense upon entry to the Republic of Cyprus. As of 01st August 2021, the option of undergoing laboratory tests upon
arrival at the airports of Larnaka and Pafos will continue to be offered only to the following categories of Cypriot citizens
and legal residents of the Republic of Cyprus:
i. Those who have received at least the first dose of the two-dose vaccines, which are accepted by the Republic of
Cyprus
ii. Underage passengers aged 12–15
iii. Passengers who cannot be vaccinated for proven medical reasons
– These persons may choose to undergo only one lab test, namely upon their arrival to Cyprus, but must then remain in
a status of obligatory self-isolation for a minimum of 72 hours from the time of their arrival. – Passengers connecting to USA are not allowed except US citizens or permanent resident holders.
Red List Countries:
What passenger must do If you have been in a country of territory on the Red list in the 10 days before you arrive in England:
1.If passenger have been in a country on the red list in the last 10 days, he will only be allowed to enter the UK if he is a British or Irish National or he have residence rights in the UK.
2.Passenger must follow these rules even if he has been vaccinated:
a) Before Travel to England.
1. Take a COVID-19 test.
2. Book a quarantine hotel package including 2 COVID-19 tests.
3. Complete a PLF.
b) On arrival in England:
Quarantine in a managed hotel including 2 COVID-19 tests.
Amber List Countries (Jordan):
– Before travel to England passenger must:
1. Take a COVID-19 test
2. Book and pay for day 2 and day 8 COVID-19 tests – to be taken after arrival into England.
3. Complete a PLF.
– Children aged 4 and under do not need to take the day 2 or day 8 test.
– On arrival England passenger must:
1. Quarantine or in the place you are staying for 10 days.
2. Take a COVID-19 test on or before the day 2 and on or before day 8

– Vaccinated passengers:
1. Fully vaccinated passengers are exempted from quarantine on arrival England or take a day 8 COVID-19 test, as long as:
a) Have been fully vaccinated under the UK vaccination program (Person vaccinated in the UK with a UK-issued certificate).
b) have not been in a red list country or France in the 10 days before they arrive in England
2. Fully vaccinated means that passenger have had his final dose of an approved vaccine at least 14 days before the date he arrives in England. The day passenger has his final dose of the vaccine does not count as one of the 14 days.
3. Passenger still need to:
a) book a day 2 test to take when arrive in England
b) declare that you have been fully vaccinated on your passenger locator form
c) show proof of his vaccination status to carrier (ferry, airline or train) when he travel
4. Children under the age of 18, who are returning to the UK, and people taking part in formally approved COVID19 vaccine clinical trials will also be exempt from requirements to quarantine and take the day 8 test
Green List Countries:
– Before travel to England:
1. Take a COVID-19 test
2. Book and pay for a day 2 COVID test to be taken after arrival in England
3. Complete a PLF.
– On arrival to England:
1. Passenger must take a COVID-19 test on or before day 2.
2. Children aged 4 and under do not need to take this test.
Exempted Passengers:

Test to Release:
1. Passenger may be able to end the quarantine early if he pays for a private COVID-19 test through the Test to Release Scheme.
2. A private PCR test optionally after 05 days of arrival. (i.e., arriving Monday, the test can be taken on Saturday) If the test result negative, home quarantine can be stopped after 06 days; if not, the rest of quarantine days must apply. If the test is positive the 10 days self-isolation starts the day the test was taken. Passenger must still take the 2 coronavirus tests booked before he travelled. If the PCR for test to release was not booked before passenger arrived in England, he will need to complete another PLC (passenger locator form) to opt into the scheme.
Transit Passengers:
For any passenger transiting UK to a European country, check-in staff shall ensure that the flights are still operating between the UK and the country of final destination. Any passenger who is not in possession of a valid visa and is unable to travel to their onward destination, will be refused entry to the UK and the carrier liable for Carrier Liability charges and any potential detention costs. This will apply even if in possession of a usual exemption document, as part of conditions of transit, is the passenger must have a confirmed onward flight and be assured entry to their final destination.
PCR test before travelling:
– Required, 3 days prior to departure (Children under 11 years old are exempted)
– Test result should be provided as a printed document, or by email or text message to be shown on mobile phone.

Macao SAR
2. Holders of a long-term visa issued by a Member State or Schengen Associated State.
3. Cross-border workers. Health professionals, including health researchers, and elderly care professionals who go to or return from exercising their work activity.
4. Personnel dedicated to the transport of goods in the exercise of their work activity, including the crew of the ships, in order to ensure the provision of maritime transport services and fishing activity, and flight personnel necessary to carry out air transport activities. It will be an indispensable condition that they ensure the immediate continuation of the trip.
5. Diplomatic, consular, international, military and civil protection organizations and members of humanitarian organizations, in the exercise of their functions.
6. Students who study in the Member States or Schengen Associated States and who have the corresponding permit or visa.
7. Highly qualified workers whose work is necessary and cannot be postponed or carried out remotely. These circumstances must be justified documentary.
8. 9..Passengers traveling for family reasons duly accredited imperatives. People who document documentary reasons of force majeure or situation of need, or whose entry is allowed for humanitarian reasons.
10. Passengers including those who are travelling for tourism purposes holding vaccination certificate issued by the competent authorities of the country of origin from 14 days after the date of administration of the last dose necessary to complete the vaccination cycle as following:
– The accepted vaccines will be those authorized by the European Medicines Agency or those that have completed the emergency use process of the World Health Organization.
– Currently these vaccines are those produced by Pfizer-Biontech, Moderna, Astra-Zeneca, Jansen / Johnson & Johnson, Sinovac and Sinopharm.
– The vaccination certificate must include at least the following information:
1. Name and surname of the holder
2. Date of vaccination, indicating the date of the last dose administered
3. Type of vaccine administered
4. Number of doses administered / complete regimen
5. Issuing country
6. Identification of the issuing body of the vaccination certificate
– Vaccinated passengers are exempted from conducting PCR test before traveling

Passengers must complete a “Health Control Form” or (FCS) “Formulario de Control Sanitario”, within the 48 hours prior to their flight, via the website https://www.spth.gob.es, or by downloading the mobile app Spain Travel Health-SpTH available from the same website. Once the process has been completed, the passenger will obtain a QR code which will be necessary to access the arrivals terminal and the baggage reclaim area.
Restricted Passengers:
– Passengers coming from (Argentina, Indonesia, Pakistan, Brazil, Turkey, South Africa, Lebanon, Egypt, India) and it includes those coming from other countries if they have passed through any of aforementioned countries during (14) days preceding the request to enter to the Kingdom (Entry to KSA must be in day 15). This does not apply to Saudi Citizens, Saudi family members and their accompanying workers, Diplomats, Health Practitioners and their families.
– Passengers coming from (Ethiopia, UAE, Vietnam, and Afghanistan) except who stayed 14 days outside these four countries. Saudi citizens can enter if their stay was less than 14 days outside these four countries provided that they book for an institutional quarantine.
Exempted Passengers:
– Saudi Citizens, their (Non-Saudi) companions, their Non-Saudi Spouse and children are allowed entry into KSA at their own expenses on the repatriation flights operated by countries to evacuate their citizens from KSA (All Non-Saudi companions mentioned must have valid residency (Iqamah) in KSA.
– Saudi women who are married to non-Saudi men to travel from/to KSA accompanied by their husbands or joining their husbands abroad by providing marriage document.
– Saudi men who are married to non-Saudi women who happen to be residing abroad to travel from KSA to their wives and travel back by providing marriage document
– GCC citizens travelling with ID has been suspended for GCC citizens, guests shall travel against valid passport and invitation.
– Passengers holding Tourist visa on direct flights to MED only (Transit via domestic is not permitted).
– Non-Saudi passengers holding a valid visa (Exit/Entry, Residence-Iqamah and Visit)
– Passengers traveling from (India, Brazil and Argentina) and have official government invitations.
– Passengers with “premium Residency” and their families with an exit and return visa to KSA and to give notice to the passenger to pay the renewal fee upon arrival.
– Passengers holding Umrah visa.
– All arriving guests including the members of diplomatic missions accredited in the KSA and their families (except Saudi citizens and children below 8 years of age) must provide negative PCR test certificate issued from a verified laboratory does not exceed (72) hours from the time the test is undertaken until departing to the kingdom.
– Saudi citizens and who are allowed to travel into the Kingdom for humanitarian and urgent cases coming from countries where the new coronavirus is spread (U.K and South Africa) are excluded from the condition of staying 14 days outside the country and shall be quarantined upon arrival KSA in their homes for a period of (14) days.
– Passengers who are coming from the countries in which cases of the strain (B.1,1,7) were registered, shall be quarantined in their homes for a period of (7) days.
– The rest of other countries, the 7-days mandatory home quarantine shall be applied or 3-days at least, with a mandatory laboratory examination (PCR).
– Saudi citizens and who are allowed to travel into the Kingdom for humanitarian and urgent cases coming from Lebanese Republic are excluded and they shall quarantined in their homes for a period of (14) days in the Kingdom.
– Health practitioners in the United Kingdom and South Africa are excluded from spending no less (14) days outside the country in which the new coronavirus variant is spread before entering the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and they will be quarantined in their homes for a period of (14) days in the Kingdom.
– Traveling abroad from UK:
All guests traveling abroad from the UK must complete the Travel Declaration Form before their travel via the link here to confirm that they are legally allowed to travel abroad from UK.

Institutional Quarantine:
1. Institutional quarantine is required for those who intend to travel to KSA, except the following categories:
– Saudi citizens, citizen spouses and their mothers, citizen’s children and domestic workers accompanying any of individuals mentioned in these categories
– Residents who have taken 02 shot of vaccination in KSA
– Residents who have taken 01 shot of Vaccination in KSA and have passed 14 days after their first shot
– Passengers who have recovered from (COVID-19) in a period not exceeding 6 Months inside KSA
– Non-immune domestic workers accompanying an immune resident
– Diplomat and their families
– Resident under 18 years accompanying of vaccinated resident
– Immune travelers of (citizens and residents and their companions, resident’s wives and resident’s children those who are under the age of (18), who are not accompanied by their parents
– Those holding a diplomatic visa, diplomats, and their residing families
– official delegations
– Cabin Crews
– Those involved in health supply chains, according to MOH.
– Health practitioners working in Government sectors, their families and companions those who are under the age of (18)
– The certified vaccines are (Pfizer, AstraZeneca, Moderna and Johnson)
– Russian and Chinese vaccines are not certified
2. Visitors, Non-Residents, and Residents who have taken 02 shot of vaccination outside KSA are accepted to travel if they meet below requirements:
– Vaccination certificate to show that passenger has taken one of below:
– 2 Doses of Pfizer- Biotech
– 2 Doses of Oxford AstraZeneca
– 2 Doses of Moderna
– 1 Dose of Johnson & Johnson
– Passengers must fill out “The Registration Immunization Information Form” before traveling to KSA through the following approved website https://muqeem.sa/#/vaccine-registration/home and enter all information needed, in order to allow them to register their immunization data and use (Tawakkalna) application. This condition not applicable to Saudi Citizens and Exempted Categories.
3. If a Citizen or Resident:
– Took the first dose (of the Saudi approved vaccines) out of KSA and would like to take the second dose in KSA, or
– Took the two doses (of the Saudi approved vaccines) outside KSA and would like to reflect it on Tawakkalna application, or
– Was infected with COVID-19 and would like to reflect this on Tawakkalna application in order to be eligible for one dose, is required to address all below information to 937@moh.gov.sa, and will exempted from Quarantine only if reflected on Tawakkalna application:
– Copy of passport
– Copy of both Civil ID and Resident
– Copy of certificate to confirm that passenger took the dose or a certificate that passenger was infected with COVID-19
– Mobile number that was already registered in both Tawakkalna and Sehati.
4. MOH created the following website for citizens and residents only to allows them to reflect vaccination on TAWAKLNA in Case they took full doses in their countries https://eservices.moh.gov.sa/CoronaVaccineRegistration/
PCR test before travelling:
– All Non-Saudis must submit a negative PCR test results from a verified laboratory abroad, and it must be done no later than 72 hours before the scheduled departure to the KSA.
– PCR test is limited to Non-Saudi only who are over the age of (8) years
– PCR test written by hand or printed without stamp is not approved.
– Electronic PCR test approved even without stamp

Form shall be filled before travelling: Required, all passengers must submit their filled and signed form(attached) to the health control center upon arrival at airport.

– Effective 16th June 2021, all non-citizen passengers and their companions have completed filling out their immunization data in the “vaccination registration” website before departure to the Kingdom, through the following website: https://muqeem.sa/#/vaccine-registration/home.
– Airlines can verify the successful completion of the registration process for passengers by one of the following methods:
a) Presenting a successful registration message on the mobile phone
b) Printed certificate with the registration number
c) Verifying the registration using passport number through the website mentioned above.
– Failure to comply with the circulars issued by GACA is an explicit violation of government orders, and legal procedure will be initiated against the violator who will be held responsible for the violation.
Restricted Passengers:
Third-country nationals arriving from out of Schengen area and UK except Passengers who have resided and last stayed in the following countries and regions: Albania, Armenia, Australia, Azerbaijan, Bosnia Herzegovina, Brunei, Canada, Hong Kong, Israel, Japan, Jordan, Kosovo, Lebanon, Macao, Moldova, Montenegro, New Zealand, North Macedonia, Qatar, Serbia, Singapore, South Korea, Taiwan, Thailand, USA.
Exempted Passengers:
– Unrestricted entry for residents of the following countries (Albania, Australia, Hong Kong, Israel, Japan, Lebanon, Macao, New Zealand, North Macedonia, Serbia, Singapore, South Korea, Taiwan, Thailand, USA)
– This list of countries is to be regularly updated. The question of whether travel to Germany is permitted depends on where the person travelling has previously been staying, not on their nationality.
– EU citizens and nationals of Liechtenstein, Switzerland, Norway and Iceland and the members of their immediate family (spouse, unmarried minor children, parents of minors) are exempted from the travel restrictions.
– Third-country nationals with a valid residence permit for Germany.
– Family members of third-country nationals travelling to Germany for the purposes of family reunification or for visits for urgent family reasons.
– Healthcare professionals, health researchers and elderly care professionals.
– Foreign experts and highly qualified personnel whose work is necessary from an economic point of view and which cannot be postponed or carried out abroad.
– Transport personnel engaged in haulage of goods and other transport staff
– Seasonal workers in agriculture.
– Sailors
– Foreign students whose studies cannot be continued entirely from outside Germany
– Persons in need of international protection or seeking protection for other humanitarian reasons
– Diplomats, staff of international organizations, military personnel and humanitarian aid workers in the exercise of their functions
– Late repatriates
– Passengers in Transit.
Starting of 25th of June 2021, fully vaccinated passengers are allowed entry from third countries (Jordan) as following:
– Passenger must have received the last vaccination dose that is necessary for full vaccination (in the case of a person who has recovered from coronavirus only one dose is necessary) at least 14 days before the date of travel
– The vaccines approved Pfizer, AstraZeneca, Moderna, Johnson & Johnson
– Passengers who have been vaccinated in accordance with these requirements may enter Germany for any travel purpose and from countries that are not on the safe list. This does not apply to entry from countries for which a condition of reciprocity applies (currently: China) or from countries categorized as areas of virus variants of concern.
– Restrictions on entry or transport from areas of virus variants of concern also apply to fully vaccinated people (see “What restrictions apply to entry and travel from areas of virus variants of concern?”).
– The EU Digital COVID Certificate or comparable proof of vaccination in German, English, French, Italian or Spanish must be presented upon entry. This certificate must include the following information:
1. The personal data of the vaccinated person (at least first and last name and date of birth)
2. The date/s of vaccination and number of vaccination doses
3. The name of the vaccine
4. The name of the disease against which the person was vaccinated
5. The name and address of the person or institution responsible for vaccinating the person
6. Confirmation in written or electronic form with the qualified electronic signature or qualified electronic seal of the person who carried out the vaccination; if for administrative reasons this is not possible, a suitable format such as a stamp or state symbols should be used to clearly identify the responsible person or institution.
PCR test before travelling:
– If passenger have spent time within the 10 days prior to entering the Federal Republic of Germany:
In an area of variants of concern, passenger must be in possession of a test certificate (antigen test: maximum 24-hour or PCR test: maximum 72 hours old on entry). If passenger is entering with a carrier, he must present his test certificate to the carrier before departure.
In a high-incidence area (Jordan), passenger must be in possession of a test certificate Antigen test: maximum 48- hours or PCR test: maximum 72 hours old on entry, proof of recovery from COVID-19 or proof of complete vaccination against the coronavirus and last vaccination given at least 14 day ago with Biontech/Pfizer, AstraZeneca, Moderna or Johnson & Johnson (Sputnik V and Sinopharm are not allowed, than negative PCR or proof of recovery is mandatory). If passenger is entering with a carrier, he must present the relevant certificate to the carrier before departure.
In a risk area that is neither a high-incidence area nor an area of variants of concern, passenger must be in possession of a test certificate, proof of recovery from COVID-19 or a vaccination certificate, at the latest 48 hours after entry, and must transmit this via the Federal Republic of Germany’s travel portal under https://www.einreiseanmeldung.de
– Children under 6 years of age are exempt from PCR test.
– Test result, accepted on printed or in an electronic document in German, English or French.
COVID19 testing:
The German Health Authorities differentiate the risk areas in three different categories:
– A list of risk areas, including high-incidence areas and areas of variants of concern, can be found at: https://www.rki.de/risikogebiete
– If passengers are entering the Federal Republic of Germany and have spent time in a risk area within the 10 days prior to entry, are required to proceed directly to their own home, or other suitable accommodation, immediately upon arrival and remain exclusively at this location for a period of 10 days after your entry into the country (quarantine).
– If passengers transmit proof of a complete vaccination against COVID-19, proof of recovery from the disease or a negative test result via the Federal Republic of Germany’s travel portal under https://www.einreiseanmeldung.de, their quarantine ends prematurely.
– If passenger have spent time in a high-incidence area prior to entry, the relevant test may not be conducted earlier than five days after entry.
– If passenger have spent time in an area of variants of concern, quarantine lasts for a period of 14 days and cannot be ended prematurely. He must bear the cost of being quarantined himself. Violations can be punished as an administrative offence with a fine of up to 25,000 euros – Crews are exempted from the obligation to fill out the DEA and the proof of a negative COVID testing.
– Crews entering from a high incidence area have to fill out the DEA and are not obliged to have a negative COVID test – as long as they have not stayed longer than 72 hours in a high-risk area.
– No exemptions for crews entering from an area with a virus mutation
– obligation to fill out the DEA form and a proof a negative COVID test.

If passenger due technical equipment, or because of a technical malfunction, be unable to conduct a digital registration on entry, he will be required to fill out a substitute registration. If neither the carrier, nor the Federal Police ask passenger to present the substitute registration, he must conduct the digital entry registration within 24 hours after entry or submit the substitute registration immediately by post to Deutsche Post E-POST Solutions GmbH, Aussteigekarte, 69990 Mannheim

Yes, passengers are required to register at https://www.einreiseanmeldung.de on the travel portal of the Federal Republic of Germany and carry the confirmation with them, for inspection by the carrier or on entry by the Federal Police.
Restricted Passengers:
– Passengers that are on visas from Iran, China (Excluding the special administrative region of Hong Kong and Macau), UK, Schengen countries, Ireland, Brazil, South Africa, and India need to quarantine outside those countries for at least 14 days prior to their entry into USA.
Exempted Passengers:
– US citizens
– Lawful Permanent Resident
– Passengers travelling with ESTA who has not traveled to any of the restricted countries and is not inhibited by system from checking-in.
PCR test before travelling:
– PCR test Required within 3 days before departure, or documentation of recovery (proof of a recent positive viral test and a letter from passenger healthcare provider or a public health official stating that passenger was cleared to travel) (dated no more than 90 days from travel date.
– PCR test Required within 3 days before departure.
– Infants less than 02 years are exempted from PCR test.
– PCR test is required for transit passengers.
– Passenger name in Arabic accepted on PCR test
Passengers can use a self-test that meets the following criteria:
The test must be a SARS-CoV-2 viral test (nucleic acid amplification test [NAAT] or antigen test) with negative result.
1. Airlines must be able to review and confirm the person’s identity and the test result details.
2. The passenger must also be able to present the documentation of test results to U.S. officials at the port of entry and local/state health departments, if requested
Information must be included on the test result:
A test result must be in the form of written documentation (paper or electronic copy). The documentation must include:
1. Type of test (indicating it is a NAAT or antigen test)
2. Entity issuing the result (e.g., laboratory, healthcare entity, or telehealth service)
3. Specimen collection date. A negative test result must show the specimen was collected within the 3 days before the flight. A positive test result for documentation of recovery from COVID-19 must show the specimen was collected within the 3 months before the flight.
4. Information that identifies the person (full name plus at least one other identifier such as date of birth or passport number)
5. Test Result

Restricted Passengers:
-Passengers coming from (Argentina, Indonesia, Pakistan, Brazil, Turkey, South Africa, Lebanon, Egypt, India) and it includes those coming from other countries if they have passed through any of aforementioned countries during (14) days preceding the request to enter to the Kingdom (Entry to KSA must be in day 15). This does not apply to Saudi Citizens, Saudi family members and their accompanying workers, Diplomats, Health Practitioners and their families.
-Passengers coming from (Ethiopia, Vietnam, and Afghanistan) except who stayed 14 days outside these three countries. Diplomats can enter if their stay was less than 14 days outside these four countries provided that they book for an institutional quarantine.
Exempted Passengers:
– Passengers holding Tourist visa provided that they have completed the required doses of one of the (COVID-19) vaccines approved by Saudi’s MOH, and have successfully registered on the “Arrival Registration” platform.
– Saudi Citizens, their (Non-Saudi) companions, their Non-Saudi Spouse and children are allowed entry into KSA at their own expenses on the repatriation flights operated by countries to evacuate their citizens from KSA (All Non-Saudi companions mentioned must have valid (Iqamah) in KSA.
– Saudi women who are married to non-Saudi men to travel from/to KSA accompanied by their husbands or joining their husbands abroad by providing marriage document.
– Saudi men who are married to non-Saudi women who happen to be residing abroad to travel from KSA to their wives and travel back by providing marriage document
– GCC citizens
– Non-Saudi passengers holding a valid visa (Exit/Entry, Residence-Iqamah and Visit)
– Passengers traveling from (India, Brazil and Argentina) and have official government invitations.
– Passengers with “premium Residency” and their families with an exit and return visa to KSA and to give notice to the passenger to pay the renewal fee upon arrival.
– Members of diplomatic missions accredited to KSA and their families.
– Saudi citizens and who are allowed to travel into the Kingdom for humanitarian and urgent cases coming from countries where the new coronavirus is spread (U.K and South Africa) are excluded from the condition of staying 14 days outside the country and shall be quarantined upon arrival KSA in their homes for a period of (14) days.
– Passengers who are coming from the countries in which cases of the strain (B.1,1,7) were registered, shall be quarantined in their homes for a period of (7) days.
– The rest of other countries, the 7-days mandatory home quarantine shall be applied or 3-days at least, with a mandatory laboratory examination (PCR).
– Saudi citizens and who are allowed to travel into the Kingdom for humanitarian and urgent cases coming from Lebanese Republic are excluded and they shall quarantined in their homes for a period of (14) days in the Kingdom.
– Health practitioners in the United Kingdom and South Africa are excluded from spending no less (14) days outside the country in which the new coronavirus variant is spread before entering the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and they will be quarantined in their homes for a period of (14) days in the Kingdom.
Transit Passengers via Riyadh:
1. Transit time is allowed from 6-10 hours maximum
2. PCR test with negative results no later than 72 hours before the scheduled departure to KSA
3. Not travelling from restricted countries (Entry to KSA must be in day 15)
4. Passenger must hold all documents required for his final destination entry
Institutional Quarantine:
1. Institutional quarantine is required for those who intend to travel to KSA, except the following categories:
– Saudi citizens, citizen spouses and their mothers, citizen’s children and domestic workers accompanying any of individuals mentioned in these categories
– Residents who have taken 02 shot of vaccination in KSA
– Residents who have taken 01 shot of Vaccination in KSA and have passed 14 days after their first shot
– Passengers who have recovered from (COVID-19) in a period not exceeding 6 Months inside KSA
– Non-immune domestic workers accompanying an immune resident
– Diplomat and their families
– Resident under 18 years accompanying of vaccinated resident
– Immune travelers of (citizens and residents and their companions, resident’s wives and resident’s children those who are under the age of (18), who are not accompanied by their parents
– Those holding a diplomatic visa, diplomats, and their residing families.
– official delegations
– Cabin Crews
– Those involved in health supply chains, according to MOH.
– Health practitioners working in Government sectors, their families and companions those who are under the age of (18)
– The certified vaccines are (Pfizer, AstraZeneca, Moderna and Johnson)
– Russian and Chinese vaccines are not certified
2. Visitors, Non-Residents, and Residents who have taken 02 shot of vaccination outside KSA are accepted to travel if they meet below requirements:
– Vaccination certificate to show that passenger has taken one of below:
– 2 Doses of Pfizer- Biotech
– 2 Doses of Oxford AstraZeneca
– 2 Doses of Moderna
– 1 Dose of Johnson & Johnson
Travelers who have completed two doses of the following vaccines (Sinopharm and Sinovac) will be accepted on condition of that they have received an additional dose of one of the vaccines approved in KSA
– Passengers must fill out “The Registration Immunization Information Form” before traveling to KSA through the following approved website https://muqeem.sa/#/vaccine-registration/home and enter all information needed, in order to allow them to register their immunization data and use (Tawakkalna) application. This condition not applicable to Saudi Citizens and Exempted Categories.
3. Passengers holding Tourist Visa and who have taken 02 shot of vaccination outside KSA are accepted to travel if they meet below requirements:
– Vaccination certificate to show that passenger has taken one of below:
– 2 Doses of Pfizer- Biotech
– 2 Doses of Oxford AstraZeneca
– 2 Doses of Moderna
– Passengers must fill out “The Registration Immunization Information Form” before traveling to KSA through the following approved website https://muqeem.sa/#/vaccine-registration/home and enter all information needed, in order to allow them to register their immunization data and use (Tawakkalna) application. This condition not applicable to Saudi Citizens and Exempted Categories
4. . If a Citizen or Resident:
– Took the first dose (of the Saudi approved vaccines) out of KSA and would like to take the second dose in KSA, or
– Took the two doses (of the Saudi approved vaccines) outside KSA and would like to reflect it on Tawakkalna application, or
– Was infected with COVID-19 and would like to reflect this on Tawakkalna application in order to be eligible for one dose, is required to address all below information to 937@moh.gov.sa, and will exempted from Quarantine only if reflected on Tawakkalna application:
– Copy of passport
– Copy of both Civil ID and Resident
– Copy of certificate to confirm that passenger took the dose or a certificate that passenger was infected with COVID-19
– Mobile number that was already registered in both Tawakkalna and Sehati
5. MOH created the following website for citizens and residents only to allows them to reflect vaccination on TAWAKLNA in Case they took full doses in their countries https://eservices.moh.gov.sa/CoronaVaccineRegistration/
PCR test before travelling:
– All Non-Saudis must submit a negative PCR test results from a verified laboratory abroad, and it must be done no later than 72 hours before the scheduled departure to KSA.
– PCR test is limited to Non-Saudi only who are over the age of (8) years
– PCR test written by hand or printed without stamp is not approved.
– Electronic PCR test approved even without stamp

– Effective 16th June 2021, all non-citizen passengers and their companions have completed filling out their immunization data in the “vaccination registration” website before departure to the Kingdom, through the following website: https://muqeem.sa/#/vaccine-registration/home.
– Airlines can verify the successful completion of the registration process for passengers by one of the following methods:
a) Presenting a successful registration message on the mobile phone
b) Printed certificate with the registration number
c) Verifying the registration using passport number through the website mentioned above.
– Failure to comply with the circulars issued by GACA is an explicit violation of government orders, and legal procedure will be initiated against the violator who will be held responsible for the violation.

4. The exempted passenger will undergo a rapid test on arrival. If positive, passenger will be quarantined in a COVID-19 isolation center.

3. People with residence or habitual abode in EU-/EEA-countries or Andorra, Monaco, San Marino, the Vatican or Switzerland and people who live with them in the same household,
4. Foreigners, if they have a photo ID according to § 5 of the Official Seat Act – ASG,
5. Persons who are entitled to stay in Austria on the basis of a residence permit, a residence title or documentation of the right of residence in accordance with the Settlement and Residence Act or the Asylum Act 2005 are,
6. Persons who have a confirmation of the application pursuant to Art. 18 Para. 1 of the Agreement on the Withdrawal of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland from the European Union and the European Atomic Energy Community (Withdrawal Agreement),
7. Members of the staff of diplomatic missions or consular posts and persons who live with them in the same household,
8. Employees of international organizations and people who live with them in the same household,
9. Persons who are employed by a domestic regional authority or a domestic corporation under public law and whose place of employment is abroad or whose service is performed abroad, insofar as the activity of this corporation abroad is in the interests of the Republic of Austria,
10. Persons who enter to begin or continue their studies or for research,
11. Persons who come to participate in school operations,
12. Persons who enter for business purposes,
13. Humanitarian forces,
14. An accompanying person during entry for medical reasons,
15. People who enter the country for the purpose of performing a mandatory judicial or official obligation, such as summoning to court hearings,
16. Entry for unforeseeable, urgent reasons that are particularly worthy of consideration in the family circle, such as in particular serious illnesses, deaths, funerals, births and the care of people in need of support in emergencies,
17. Entry in connection with other important events that can be planned in the family circle, such as weddings, christenings, birthday parties or visits to the partner.
18. Persons mentioned at point 1 and 17 have to provide (a medical certificate of) a negative PCR-/LAMP-/TMA-test and perform a registration. In addition, a ten-day quarantine must be commenced immediately. The quarantine is deemed to have ended if a PCR-/LAMP-/TMA-test for SARS-CoV-2 is carried out at the earliest on the fifth day after entry and the test result is negative.
19. The quarantine obligation does not apply to entry for professional purposes to visit an international institution within the meaning of the Official Seat Act or in the mainly interest of the Republic of Austria, in particular in cultural or sporting terms, whereby this also applies to supervisors and trainers, and of persons in accordance with point 4, 13 and 16.
20. Transport companies must ensure, within the scope of their operational and technical possibilities, that the persons they transport from these states or areas into the federal territory of the Republic of Austria are informed about the requirements for entry and about the legal consequences of violations.
21. Transport companies are not allowed to transport persons who are prohibited from entering the Federal Republic of Austria from these states or territories.
22. Entry from the following Green List Countries: Albania, Andorra, Australia, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hong Kong, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Macau, Malta, Monaco, Netherlands, New Zealand, North Macedonia, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, San Marino, Saudi Arabia, Serbia, Singapore, Slovakia, Slovenia, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Taiwan, Thailand, United States of America, Vatican and Vietnam (Effective 08th July 2021, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Brunei, Canada, Jordan, Kosovo, Moldavia, Montenegro and Qatar):
a. Passengers arriving from one of these countries or regions AND who have been to these countries or regions or Austria in the last 10 days without exception can enter Austria freely with a medical certificate, test result, vaccination certificate or recovery certificate.
b. If no medical certificate, no test result, no vaccination certificate, or no recovery certificate can be presented, a PCR-/LAMP-/TMA-/antigen-test for SARS-CoV-2 must be carried out within 24 hours of entry. The costs for the test are to be borne by yourself. The negative test result must be presented at a control.
23. Entry from other states or regions:
a. Persons entering from other states or regions or who have stayed in other states or regions in the last 10 days have to provide a test-result, a vaccination certificate, a recovery certificate or a medical certificate of vaccination or recovery and perform a registration. In addition, a ten-day quarantine must be commenced immediately. The quarantine is deemed to have ended if a PCR-/LAMP-/TMA-/Antigen-test for SARS-CoV-2 is carried out at the earliest on the fifth day after entry and the test result is negative.
b. The quarantine and registration requirements do not apply to entry:
i. As part of the regular commuter traffic to participate in school and study operations or for family purposes or to visit a partner,
ii. Of people who have a vaccination certificate, provided that 14 days after the last vaccination dose required for full immunization has elapsed, as well as minors between the ages of 12 and 18 who are accompanied by these persons, and
iii. Foreigners, if they have a photo ID according to Entry from Botswana, Brazil, Eswatini, India, Lesotho, Malawi, Mozambique, Namibia, Nepal, South Africa, the United Kingdom, Uruguay, Zambia, or Zimbabwe persons who enter for business purposes,
iv. Entry for unforeseeable, urgent reasons that are particularly worthy of consideration in the family circle, such as in particular serious illnesses, deaths, funerals, births and the care of people in need of support in emergencies,
– PCR, Vaccination Certificates and Recovery Certificates:
– PCR test from the time of sampling when entering the country must not be more than 72 hours ago for (PCR, LAMP, TMA-test), more than 48 hours ago for (antigen test) or more than 24 hours ago for (antigen test for personal use, which is recorded in an official data processing system).
– Vaccination certificates must meet the following requirements:
i. 21 days have passed since the first vaccination, whereby this must not be more than 90 days ago, or
ii. second vaccination, whereby the first vaccination must not be more than 270 days ago, or
iii. 21 days have passed since vaccination in the case of vaccines for which only one vaccination is planned, whereby this must not be more than 270 days ago, or
iv. from the vaccination, provided that at least 21 days before the vaccination, a disease of COVID-19 was confirmed by means of a positive PCR-/LAMP-/TMA-test for SARS-CoV-2 or proof of neutralizing antibodies, whereby the vaccination is no longer may be more than 270 days ago.
– Recovery certificates must confirm an infection that has been overcome in the last 180 days or proof of neutralizing antibodies that must not be older than 90 days

Restricted Passengers:
– Discretionary Visitor (Not allowed except joining Parents or Families)
– Immigrant visa issued after 18 Mar 2020, passenger need to consult Canadian Embassy and need authorization letter from Canadian Embassy.
– Passengers arriving from India should go to another country (Third Transit Point) to take another PCR test with negative result to board the final flight to Canada.
Exempted Passengers:
– Fully vaccinated Canadian citizens, permanent residents, and foreign nationals who are authorized to enter Canada will be exempted from hotel and home quarantine. – Fully vaccinated passengers (2 doses and without symptoms of COVID-19) are required before travelling to Canada:
1. Negative PCR test within 72 hours of arrival in Canada
2. Submit the required information in ArriveCAN (Should be updated within 72 hours)
3. Have on hand the receipt from ArriveCAN at border control (CBSA Counter hard copy). (If no ArriveCAN done, all passengers will be intercepted before CBSA counter, and they should fill a special form about their health)
4. Provide the required documents including proof of vaccination,
5. Proof of vaccination must be in French or English languages,

– Fully vaccinated American citizens and permanent residents in the U.S. will be allowed to come to Canada for non-essential reasons and will not need to quarantine.

PCR test before travelling
– Required a negative Coronavirus (COVID-19) PCR test result issued at most 72 hours before arrival and Passenger could be subject to quarantine
– Exceptions from presentation of medical certificate with a negative coronavirus (covid-19) test: Airlines may carry follow passenger who these passenger being required to produce negative test result. Children under the age of 16 will not have to provide proof of a negative PCR test when entering Switzerland and before boarding an aircraft.
– Persons who can provide a medical certificate to prove that they must be transported to Switzerland as a matter of urgency on medical grounds are exempted of PCR.
– Persons who have Swiss citizenship or hold a residence permit issued by Switzerland and who are UNA to be tested for sars-cov-2 with a reasonable time or at reasonable expense, the persons concerned must sign a declaration confirming the lack of opportunity
– Persons providing evidence that they have been vaccinated against sars-cov-2 or are considered to have recovered from sars-cov-2 (regulated in annex 2 of covid-19 ordinance on intel passenger transport measures). Rule not applicable to persons arriving from countries and regions according to annex 1 nr 1 of covid-19 ordinance on intel transport measures.
